MARKING AND TRACING in Arabic translation

Our country attaches great importance to the implementation of the United Nations Programme of Action on Small Arms and Light Weapons and welcomes the June 2005 adoption of a draft political instrument on marking and tracing small arms and light weapons.

ويعلق بلدنا أهمية كبيرة على تنفيذ برنامج عمل الأمم المتحدة المعني بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة ويرحب بالاعتماد في حزيران/يونيه 2005 لمشروع صك سياسي بشأن وسم وتعقب الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة

With respect to paragraph 5 of the draft resolution, we wish to recall the follow-up on the Instrument on marking and tracing, as defined in chapter VII of the Instrument(see A/60/88).
