Examples of using Practice concerning in English and their translations into Arabic

For the present supplemental report prepared by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and pursuant to Commission on Human Rights resolution 2005/59, States and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations were requested to provide information on changes in law and practice concerning the death penalty and implementation of the safeguards, as applicable.

Welcomes the sixth quinquennial report of the SecretaryGeneral on capital punishment and implementation of the Safeguards guaranteeing protection of the rights of those facing the death penalty, submitted in accordance with Economic and Social Council resolution 1995/57 of 28 July 1995(E/2000/3) and looks forward to receiving the yearly supplement on changes in law and practice concerning the death penalty worldwide as requested in Commission resolution 2000/65;
ترحب بتقرير الأمين العام السادس الذي يقدمه كل خمس سنوات عن عقوبة الإعدام وتنفيذ الضمانات التي تكفل حماية حقوق الذين يواجهون عقوبة الإعدام، بموجب قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعــي 1995/57 المؤرخ 28 تموز/يوليه 1995(E/2000/3)، وتترقب تسلمها للملحق السنوي عن التغيرات في القانـون والممارسـة بشـأن عقـوبة الإعدام على النطاق العالمي وفق ما طلبته اللجنة في قرارها 2000/65

Recalls the sixth quinquennial report of the SecretaryGeneral on capital punishment and implementation of the safeguards guaranteeing protection of the rights of those facing the death penalty, submitted in accordance with Economic and Social Council resolution 1995/57 of 28 July 1995(E/2000/3) and looks forward to receiving the yearly supplement on changes in law and practice concerning the death penalty worldwide as requested in Commission resolution 2001/68;
تذكِّر بالتقرير السادس للأمين العام الذي يقدمه كل خمس سنوات عن عقوبة الإعدام وتنفيذ الضمانات التي تكفل حماية حقوق الذين يواجهون عقوبة الإعدام، بموجب قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعــي 1995/57 المؤرخ 28 تموز/يوليه 1995(E/2000/3)، وتترقب تسلمها للملحق السنوي عن التغيرات في القانـون والممارسـة بشـأن عقـوبة الإعدام على النطاق العالمي وفق ما طلبته اللجنة في قرارها 2000/68

The SPT also recommends to the NPM that it(i) evaluates the reasons why persons were deprived of their liberty,(ii) considers the extent to which legal safeguards are observed in practice, and(iii) considers the practice concerning the obligation of non-refoulement in the context of deportations to the countries where there are substantial grounds for believing that a person would be at risk of torture or ill-treatment upon return.
وتوصي اللجنة الفرعية الآلية الوقائية الوطنية أيضاً بما يلي: '1' أن تقيِّم أسباب حرمان الأشخاص من حرياتهم، '2' أن تنظر في مدى احترام الضمانات القانونية عملياً، '3' أن تنظر في الممارسة المتعلقة بالالتزام بعدم الإعادة القسرية في سياق عمليات الترحيل إلى بلدان تكون فيها أسباب حقيقية تدعو للاعتقاد بأن الشخص سيتعرض لخطر التعذيب أو سوء المعاملة عند عودته إلى البلد المعني

In its resolution 1998/8, the Commission requested the Secretary- General to continue to submit to it, in consultation with Governments, specialized agencies and intergovernmental and non- governmental organizations, a yearly supplement on changes in law and practice concerning the death penalty worldwide to his quinquennial report on capital punishment and implementation of the Safeguards guaranteeing protection of the rights of those facing the death penalty.
