وإذ ترحـب أيضا بالمبادرات الإقليمية الجاري الاضطلاع بهـا من أجل كما أن تشكيل الذراع التنفيذي لهيئة العمل الوطني للطفولة والمتمثل في" الائتلاف الوطني للطفولة" الذي يضم ممثلين عن القطاعات الحكومية والأهلية والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات الدولية وقطاع الأعمال الحرة والخبراء وقادة الرأي في مختلف المجالات إضافة إلى الأطفال والأسر، والجهات المانحة المحلية والدولية هو دليل آخر على التعاون المشترك بهدف تنفيذ بنود الاتفاقيةlegal person that is a national of the former State with a view to the implementation of such responsibility.
اعتباري من رعايا الدولة الأولى، وذلك بغية إعمال تلك المسؤوليةوطلبت لجنة التنمية المستدامة الى البلدان، في دورتها الثانية، أن تقوم، بمساعدة المنظمات الدولية، بتضمين تقاريرها الوطنية لعام ١٩٩٧ فصﻻ مخصصا لﻷهداف واﻻستراتيجيات الوطنية في ميدان مياه الشرب والمرافق الصحية البيئية، بما في ذلك، حسب اﻻقتضاء، التواريخ المستهدفة، بغية تنفيذ برنامج العمل.
