They(the appointed Gods) cannot help them; and they and their armies will come(to Us), as captives.
وہ ان کی مدد نہیں کرسکتے بلکہ یہ ان کے لشکر کی حیثیت سے حاضر کر دیئے جائیں گے

O Prophet, say to the captives in your hands,"If God recognizes good in your hearts, God will give you better than what was taken from you, and God will forgive you.

کسی نبی کے لیے یہ زیبا نہیں ہے کہ اس کے پاس قیدی ہوں جب تک کہ وہ زمین میں دشمنوں کو اچھی طرح کچل نہ دے تم لوگ دنیا کے فائدے چاہتے ہو،

نبی کے ہاتھ میں قیدی نہیں چاہییں جب تک کہ ملک میں اچھی خونریزی کی جنگ نہ ہو جائے۔ تم تو دنیا کے مال چاہتے ہو

Prophet, tell the captives with you,"If God finds anything good in your hearts,
اے پیغمبر اپنے ہاتھ کے قیدیوں سے کہہ دیجئے کہ اگر خدا تمہارے دلوں

It is not right for a Prophet to keep captives unless he has battled strenuously in the land.
نبی کو نہیں چاہیئے کہ اپنے ہاں قیدیوں کو رکھے یہاں تک کہ ملک میں خوب خونریزی کر لے تم دنیا کی زندگی کا سامان چاہتے ہو

No apostle should take captives until he has battled and subdued the country. You desire the vanities of this world, but God wills(for you the reward)
اور یہ بات نبی کے شایانِ شان نہیں ہے کہ اس کے لیے قیدی ہوں۔ جب تک وہ زمین میں خوب خون ریزی نہ کرے(فتنہ کو کچل نہ دے)

It is not right for a Prophet to keep captives unless he has battled strenuously in the land. You desire the gain of this world,
پیغمبر کو شایان نہیں کہ اس کے قبضے میں قیدی رہیں جب تک(کافروں کو قتل کر کے) زمین میں کثرت سے خون(نہ) بہا دے۔ تم لوگ دنیا کے مال کے طالب ہو۔ اور خدا آخرت(کی بھلائی)
