They ask you(O Muhammad SAW) what they should spend. Say: Whatever you spend of good must be for parents and kindred and orphans and Al-Masakin(the poor)
Verily Allah commandeth justice and well-doing and giving to kindred; and He prohibiteth lewdness and wickedness and oppression; He exhorteth you
if he leaveth any property, is the making of a bequest for parents and kindred equitably- a duty on the God-fearing.
Indeed, Allah enjoins justice and benevolence(towards everyone), and giving away to the kindred, and forbids indecency, evil deeds, defiance and disobedience. He admonishes you so that you may remember with concern.
