They ask you(O Muhammad SAW) what they should spend. Say: Whatever you spend of good must be for parents and kindred and orphans and Al-Masakin(the poor)
آپ سے پوچھتے ہیں کیا خرچ کریں کہہ دو جو مال بھی تم خرچ کرو وہ ماں باپ اور رشتہ داروں اور یتیموں اور محتاجوں اور مسافروں کا حق ہے

Verily Allah commandeth justice and well-doing and giving to kindred; and He prohibiteth lewdness and wickedness and oppression; He exhorteth you
اللہ تعالیٰ عدل کا، بھلائی کا اور قرابت داروں کے ساتھ سلوک کرنے کا حکم دیتا ہے

if he leaveth any property, is the making of a bequest for parents and kindred equitably- a duty on the God-fearing.
وہ مال چھوڑے تو ماں باپ اور رشتہ داروں کے لیے مناسب طور پر وصیت کرے یہ پرہیزگاروں پرحقہے

Indeed, Allah enjoins justice and benevolence(towards everyone), and giving away to the kindred, and forbids indecency, evil deeds, defiance and disobedience. He admonishes you so that you may remember with concern.
بیشک اللہ(ہر ایک کے ساتھ) عدل اور احسان کا حکم فرماتا ہے اور قرابت داروں کو دیتے رہنے کا اور بے حیائی اور برے کاموں اور سرکشی و نافرمانی سے منع فرماتا ہے، وہ تمہیں نصیحت فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم خوب یاد رکھوo

And unto each We have appointed heirs of that which parents and near kindred leave; and as for those with whom your right hands have made a covenant, give them their due. Lo! Allah is ever Witness over all things.
اور ہم نے ہر شخص کے لئے وارث مقرر کر دیئے ہیں، جو کچھ ماں، باپ اور قریب ترین رشتہ دار اور جن سے تم نے عہدوپیمان کر رکھا ہے۔ چھوڑ جائیں انہیں(وارثوں کو) ان کا حصہ دو۔ بے شک اللہ ہر چیز پر گواہ(مطلع) ہے

The Prophet said,"The tribesmen of the children of so-and-so are not my friends, but there are kindred ties between us, so we will treat them with kindness on account of their kinship.".
نبی"تو اور فلاں کی اولاد کے قبائلیوں میرے دوست نہیں ہیں، لیکن ہم دونوں کے درمیان تعلقات کو وہاں رشتہ دار ہیں، تو ہم ان کے صلہ کے اکاؤنٹ پر احسان کے ساتھ ان کا علاج کریں گے."، نے کہا

Unto the men(of a family) belongeth a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, and unto the women a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, whether it be little or much- a legal share.
مردوں کے لئے اس(مال) میں سے حصہ ہے جو ماں باپ اور قریبی رشتہ داروں نے چھوڑا ہو اور عورتوں کے لئے(بھی) ماں باپ اور قریبی رشتہ داروں کے ترکہ میں سے حصہ ہے۔ وہ ترکہ تھوڑا ہو یا زیادہ(اللہ کا) مقرر کردہ حصہ ہے

just as you protect your dear ones and your kindred, if need be, you deal with
اتنا چاہتا ہوں کہ جس طرح تم اپنے عزیزوں اور رشتہ داروں کی حفاظت کرتے ہو اسی طرح

Allah orders justice, and good deeds, and giving to one's kindred. He forbids indecency, dishonor and insolence. He admonishes you in order that you take heed.
بیشک اللہ(ہر ایک کے ساتھ) عدل اور احسان کا حکم فرماتا ہے اور قرابت داروں کو دیتے رہنے کا اور بے حیائی اور برے کاموں اور سرکشی و نافرمانی سے منع فرماتا ہے، وہ تمہیں نصیحت فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم خوب یاد رکھو

They ask thee what they should spend(In charity). Say: Whatever ye spend that is good, is for parents and kindred and orphans and those in want
آپ سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ وه کیا خرچ کریں؟ آپ کہہ دیجیئے جو مال تم خرچ کرو وه ماں باپ کے لئے ہے اور رشتہداروں اور یتیموں اور مسکینوں

he leaves some property behind, then he is to make a will for(his) parents and kindred in a reasonable manner. This is imperative for the true believers.
والدین اور قریبی رشتہ داروں کے حق میں بھلے طریقے سے وصیت کرے، یہ پرہیزگاروں پر لازم ہےo

treat with kindness your parents and kindred, and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people;
