Instead of Allah they worship those concerning whom He has revealed no sanction and concerning whom they have no true knowledge. None shall be able to help such evil-doers.
اور یہ لوگ خدا کو چھوڑ کر ان کی پرستش کرتے ہیں جن کے بارے میں نہ خدا نے کوئی دلیل نازل کی ہے اور نہ خود انہیں کوئی علم ہے اور ظالمین کے لئے واقعا کوئی مددگار نہیں ہےnames which ye have named, ye and your fathers. تمہارے باپ داداؤں نے مقرر کر لیے ہیں الله نے ان کے متعلق کوئی سند نہیں اتاری حکومت سوا الله کے کسی کی نہیں ہے اس نے حکم دیا ہےnames which ye have named, ye and your fathers. Allah hath revealed no sanction for them. The decision rests with Allah only,
تمہارے باپ دادا نے رکھ لیے ہیں۔ خدا نے ان کی کوئی سند نازل نہیں کی۔(سن رکھوThose whom ye worship beside Him are but names which ye have named, ye and your fathers. Allah hath revealed no sanction for them. The decision rests with Allah only, Who hath commanded you that ye worship none save Him. This is the right religion, but most men know not.
اس کے سوا تم جن کی پوجا پاٹ کر رہے ہو وه سب نام ہی نام ہیں جو تم نے اور تمہارے باپ دادوں نے خود ہی گھڑ لئے ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کی کوئی دلیل نازل نہیں فرمائی، فرمانروائی صرف اللہ تعالیٰ ہی کی ہے، اس کا فرمان ہے کہ تم سب سوائے اس کے کسی اور کی عبادت نہ کرو، یہی دین درست ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ نہیں جانتےThose whom ye worship beside Him are but names which ye have named, ye and your fathers. تم(حقیقت میں) اﷲ کے سوا کسی کی عبادت نہیں کرتے ہو مگر چند ناموں کی جو خود تم نے اور تمہارے باپ دادا نے(اپنے پاس سے) رکھ لئے ہیں، اﷲ نے ان کی کوئی سند نہیں اتاری۔ حکم کا اختیار صرف اﷲ کو ہے، اسی نے حکم فرمایا ہے کہ تم اس کے سوا کسی کی عبادت نہ کرو، یہی سیدھا راستہ(درست دین) ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ نہیں جانتےsin, and unjustified aggression, and that you associate with God anything for which He revealed no sanction, and that you say about God what you do not know.”.
کسی کو اللہ کا شریک بناؤ جس کے لئے اللہ نے کوئی دلیل نہیں اتاری اور یہ کہ اللہ کے بارے میں کوئی ایسی بات کہو جس کا تمہیں علم و یقین نہ ہوunjustified aggression, and that you associate with God anything for which He revealed no sanction, and that you say about God what you do not know.”.
تم کسی کو خدا کا شریک بناؤ جس کی اس نے کوئی سند نازل نہیں کی اور اس کو بھی کہ خدا کے بارے میں ایسی باتیں کہو جن کا تمہیں کچھ علم نہیںnames that you and your forefathers have concocted and for which Allah has sent down no sanction? Wait, then, and I too am with you among those who wait.'.
تمہارے باپ دادؤں نے مقرر کیے ہیں الله نے ان کے لیے کوئی دلیل نہیں اتاری سو انتظار کرو میں بھی تمہارے ساتھ انتظار کرنے والا ہوںsin, and unjustified aggression, and that you associate with God anything for which He revealed no sanction, and that you say about God what you do not know.”.
تم اللہ کے ساتھ کسی ایسی چیز کو شریک ٹھہراؤ جس کی اللہ نے کوئی سند نازل نہیں کی اور اس بات کو کہ تم لوگ اللہ کے ذمے ایسی بات لگادو جس کو تم جانتے نہیںAnd why should I fear those you associate with Him when you fear not associating others with God for which He has sent down no sanction? Tell me, whose way is the way of peace, if you have the knowledge?
اور میں ان چیزوں سے کیسے ڈروں جن کو تم نے شریک بنایا ہے حاﻻنکہ تم اس بات سے نہیں ڈرتے کہ تم نے اللہ کے ساتھ ایسی چیزوں کو شریک ٹھہرایا ہے جن پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے کوئی دلیل نازل نہیں فرمائی، سو ان دو جماعتوں میں سے امن کا زیاده مستحق کون ہے اگر تم خبر رکھتے ہو?Say,“My Lord has forbidden immoralities- both open and secret- and sin, and unjustified aggression, and that you associate with God anything for which He revealed no sanction, and that you say about God what you do not know.”.
فرما دیجئے کہ میرے ربّ نے(تو) صرف بے حیائی کی باتوں کو حرام کیا ہے جو ان میں سے ظاہر ہوں اور جو پوشیدہ ہوں(سب کو) اور گناہ کو اور ناحق زیادتی کو اور اس بات کو کہ تم اﷲ کا شریک ٹھہراؤ جس کی اس نے کوئی سند نہیں اتاری اور(مزید) یہ کہ تم اﷲ(کی ذات) پر ایسی باتیں کہو جو تم خود بھی نہیں جانتےWe will cast terror into the hearts of those who have denied the Truth since they have associated others with Allah in His divinity- something for which He has sent down no sanction. The Fire is their abode;
ہم عنقریب کافروں کے دلوں میں تمہارا رعب ڈال دیں گے کہ انہوں نے اس کو خدا کا شریک بنایا ہے جس کے بارے میں خدا نے کوئی دلیل نازل نہیں کی ہےDo you dispute with me about mere names that you and your forefathers have concocted and for which Allah has sent down no sanction? Wait, then, and I too am with you among those who wait.'.
تمہارے باپ دادوں نے ٹھہرالیا ہے؟ ان کے معبود ہونے کی اللہ نے کوئی دلیل نہیں بھیجی۔ سو تم منتظر رہو میں بھی تمہارے ساتھ انتظار کر رہا ہوںthat you associate with Allah in His divinity that for which He has sent down no sanction; and that you ascribe to Allah things of which you have no sure knowledge that they are from Him.'.
ناحق زیادتی اور یہ کہ اللہ کا شریک کرو جس کی اس نے سند نہ اتاری اور یہ کہ اللہ پر وہ بات کہو جس کا علم نہیں رکھتےWe will cast terror into the hearts of those who have denied the Truth since they have associated others with Allah in His divinity- something for which He has sent down no sanction. The Fire is their abode; how bad the resting place of the wrong-doers will be!
ہم عنقریب کافروں کے دلوں میں(تمہارا) رعب ڈال دیں گے اس وجہ سے کہ انہوں نے اس چیز کو اللہ کا شریک ٹھہرایا ہے جس کے لئے اللہ نے کوئی سند نہیں اتاری اور ان کا ٹھکانا دوزخ ہے اور ظالموں کا(وہ) ٹھکانا بہت ہی برا ہے،!And why should I fear those you associate with Him when you fear not associating others with God for which He has sent down no sanction? Tell me, whose way is the way of peace,
اور میں ان(معبودانِ باطلہ) سے کیونکر خوفزدہ ہوسکتا ہوں جنہیں تم(اﷲ کا) شریک ٹھہراتے ہو درآنحالیکہ تم اس بات سے نہیں ڈرتے کہ تم نے اﷲ کے ساتھ(بتوں کو) شریک بنا رکھا ہے(جبکہ) اس نے تم پر اس(شرک) کی کوئی دلیل نہیں اتاری(اب تم ہی جواب دو!)the wrath of God. Why dispute with me about names invented by you and your ancestors for which no sanction was sent down? So wait(for what is to come), I am waiting with you.".
تمہارے باپ دادا نے رکھ لیے اللہ نے ان کی کوئی سند نہ اتاری، تو راستہ دیکھو میں بھی تمہارے ساتھ دیکھتا ہوںHe replied:"You have already been beset with punishment and the wrath of God. Why dispute with me about names invented by you and your ancestors for which no sanction was sent down? So wait(for what is to come), I am waiting with you.".
اس نے کہا"تمہارے رب کی پھٹکار تم پر پڑ گئی اور اس کا غضب ٹوٹ پڑا کیا تم مجھ سے اُن ناموں پر جھگڑتے ہو جو تم نے اور تمہارے باپ دادا نے رکھ لیے ہیں، جن کے لیے اللہ نے کوئی سند نازل نہیں کی ہے اچھا تو تم بھی انتظار کرو اور میں بھی تمہارے ساتھ انتظار کرتا ہوںthe wrath of God. تمہارے باپ دادا نے(از خود) رکھ لئے ہیں۔ جن کے متعلق اللہ نے کوئی سند نازل نہیں کی۔ اچھا تو پھر تم(خدا کے عذاب کا) انتظار کرو مَیں بھی تمہارے ساتھ انتظار کرنے والوں میں سے ہوںthe wrath of God.
