In case where the designated registration organ was designated before the date of enforcement of this Law, the organ cannot, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, paragraph(1), make registration business until that date of enforcement.
It provides that each Member of the International Labour Organization(ILO) which ratifies this Convention undertakes to operate procedures which ensure effective consultations with respect to matters concerning the activities of the ILO set out in Article 5, paragraph 1 below between representatives of Government, the employers and the employees.
The Mission mentioned in Article V, paragraph 1or any person who is authorized by the Government of the Republic of Korea shall conclude contracts directly with any Japanese national or any juridical person controlled by Japanese nationals for the acquisition of products and services in accordance with the Schedule.

Article 5 Exhibitors are obliged to make commitments to the organizers to ensure that their exhibits and exhibition activities do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party; they are obliged to sign contract terms with the organizers on intellectual property protection, fulfill their intellectual property protection obligations and cooperate with the organizers in resolving disputes.
In the event of hostilities to which the provisions of Article V of the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security apply, either the Government of the United States or the Government of Japan shall have the right, by giving sixty days' notice to the other, to suspend the application of any of the provisions of this Article..
Each of the offences shall be treated, for the purpose of extradition between Contracting States, as if it had been committed not only in the place in which it occurred but also in the territories of the States required to establish their jurisdiction in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1(b),(c) and(d).
At the end of the armed conflict, all the persons who have been deprived of their liberty or whose liberty has been restricted for reasons related to such conflict, as well as those deprived of their liberty or whose liberty is restricted after the conflict for the same reasons, shall enjoy the protection of Articles 5 and 6 until the end of such deprivation or restriction of liberty.
With reference to Article 5 of the Agreement, it is confirmed that, for the effective implementation of the Agreement, the Parties shall exchange annually the then current inventories of nuclear material, material, equipment and technology subject to the Agreement and in the case of the Government of the Russian Federation, nuclear material substituted for such nuclear material through substitution as referred to in sub-paragraph(2) of paragraph 3 below.
Article V The Contracting Parties, on the principles of mutual respect for sovereignty, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit and in the spirit of friendly co-operation, will continue to render each other every possible economic and technical aid in the cause of socialist construction of the two countries and will continue to consolidate and develop economic, cultural, and scientific and technical co-operation between the two countries.
Article V It is confirmed that, with regard to all matters, including entry into and exit from Japan and residence in Japan, the nationals of the Republic of Korea who are given permission for permanent residence in Japan in accordance with the provisions of Article I shall be subject, unless specifically provided for in the present Agreement, to the laws and regulations in Japan applicable equally to all aliens.
Article 5 1. At least three months before the date of the election, the Secretary-General of the United Nations shall address a written request to the members of the Permanent Court of Arbitration belonging to the states which are parties to the present Statute, and to the members of the national groups appointed under Article 4, paragraph 2, inviting them to undertake, within a given time, by national groups, the nomination of persons in a position to accept the duties of a member of the Court.
Article V Upon application made within 9 months of the coming into force of this Treaty Japan will, within 6 months of the date of such application, return the property, tangible and intangible, and all rights or interests of any kind in Japan of India and her nationals which were within Japan at any time between the 7th December 1941 and the 2nd September 1945 unless the owner has freely disposed thereof without duress or fraud.
