The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that SUHAKAM is provided with adequate human, financial and technical resources and that it has well- trained and sufficient staff to monitor and evaluate progress in the implementation of the Convention at the national and local levels, as well as to receive, investigate and address complaints from children.
