O People of the Book! Why do you deny Allah's signs while you testify[to their truth]?

And you were not covering yourselves, lest your hearing testify against you or your sight or your skins,
നിങ്ങളുടെ കാതോ നിങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണുകളോ നിങ്ങളുടെ തൊലികളോ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് എതിരില്‍ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുമെന്ന് കരുതി നിങ്ങള്‍( അവയില്‍ നിന്നും) ഒളിഞ്ഞിരിക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ലല്ലോ.

When the hypocrites come to you,[O Muhammad], they say,"We testify that you are the Messenger of Allah." And Allah knows that you are His Messenger, and Allah testifies that the hypocrites are liars.
കപടവിശ്വാസികള്‍ നിന്റെ അടുത്തുവന്നാല്‍ അവര്‍ പറയും:" തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അങ്ങ് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ദൂതനാണെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്‍ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുന്നു.” അല്ലാഹുവിന്നറിയാം, നിശ്ചയമായും നീ അവന്റെ ദൂതനാണെന്ന്. കപടവിശ്വാസികള്‍ കള്ളം പറയുന്നവരാണെന്ന് അല്ലാഹുവും സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുന്നു..

And you have not been hiding against yourselves, lest your ears, and your eyes, and your skins testify against you, but you thought that Allah knew not much of what you were doing.
നിങ്ങളുടെ കാതുകളും കണ്ണുകളും ചര്‍മങ്ങളും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുമെന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ കരുതിയിരുന്നില്ല. അതിനാല്‍ അവയില്‍ നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നും ഒളിപ്പിച്ചുവെക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിലേറെയും അല്ലാഹു അറിയില്ലെന്നാണ് നിങ്ങള്‍ ധരിച്ചിരുന്നത്.

And they say unto their skins: Why testify ye against us? They say: Allah hath given us speech Who giveth speech to all things, and Who created you at the first, and unto Whom ye are returned.
അപ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ തൊലിയോടു ചോദിക്കും:" നിങ്ങളെന്തിനാണ് ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെ സാക്ഷ്യംവഹിച്ചത്?" അവ പറയും:" സകല വസ്തുക്കള്‍ക്കും സംസാരകഴിവു നല്‍കിയ അല്ലാഹു ഞങ്ങളെയും സംസാരിപ്പിച്ചു." അവനാണ് ആദ്യതവണ നിങ്ങളെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചത്. നിങ്ങള്‍ തിരിച്ചുചെല്ലേണ്ടതും അവങ്കലേക്കുതന്നെ.

You did not hide your(doings) so that your ears or eyes or persons should not testify against you. In fact you thought that God did not know the things you used to do.
നിങ്ങളുടെ കാതുകളും കണ്ണുകളും ചര്‍മങ്ങളും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുമെന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ കരുതിയിരുന്നില്ല. അതിനാല്‍ അവയില്‍ നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നും ഒളിപ്പിച്ചുവെക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിലേറെയും അല്ലാഹു അറിയില്ലെന്നാണ് നിങ്ങള്‍ ധരിച്ചിരുന്നത്.

will not believe(a belief of no value) in him(Jesus) before their deaths. On the Day of Judgment,(Jesus) will testify against them.
മരണത്തിനുമുമ്പ് അദ്ദേഹത്തില്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കാത്തവരായി ഉണ്ടാവുകയില്ല. ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പിന്‍റെ നാളിലാകട്ടെ അദ്ദേഹം അവര്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ സാക്ഷിയാകുകയും ചെയ്യും.
