(e) That in the European Union, the second and third adaptations to technical progress to its Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation, intended to bring its provisions into line with those of the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System, entered into force on 19 April 2011 and 31 July 2012, respectively, and that a fourth adaptation intended to align the aforementioned regulation with the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System is expected to be published in 2013;

(هـ) أنه في الاتحاد الأوروبي دخل التعديلان الثاني والثالث للائحته للتصنيف والوسم والتغليف مراعاة للتقدم التقني، بهدف جعل أحكامها متماشية مع أحكام الطبعة الثالثة المنقحة من النظام المتسق عالمياً، حيز النفاذ في 19 نيسان/أبريل 2011 و 31 تموز/يوليه 2012، على التوالي، ويُتوقع أن يُنشئ في عام 2013 التعديل الرابع الهادف إلى مواءمة اللائحة المذكورة أعلاه مع الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة من النظام المنسق عالميا(8)
