Examples of using Deaf in English and their translations into Malayalam

In that day, the deaf will hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind will see out of obscurity and out of darkness.
അന്നാളില്‍ ചെകിടന്മാര്‍ പുസ്തകത്തിലെ വചനങ്ങളെ കേള്‍ക്കുകയും കരുടന്മാരുടെ കണ്ണുകള്‍ ഇരുളും അന്ധകാരവും നീങ്ങി കാണുകയും.

And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.
അന്നാളില്‍ ചെകിടന്മാര്‍ പുസ്തകത്തിലെ വചനങ്ങളെ കേള്‍ക്കുകയും കരുടന്മാരുടെ കണ്ണുകള്‍ ഇരുളും അന്ധകാരവും നീങ്ങി കാണുകയും.

blind, deaf, maimed, and lame people will be healed- completely and permanently.
രോഗികളും അന്ധരും ബധിരരും അംഗഭംഗം ഭവിച്ചവരും മുടന്തരുമെല്ലാം പൂർണമായും സ്ഥിരമായും സൗഖ്യമാക്കപ്പെടുമെന്നു നമ്മെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

They say,"Our hearts are covered against and our ears are deaf to whatever you(Muhammad) invite us to.
അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: നീ ഞങ്ങളെ എന്തൊന്നിലേക്ക്‌ വിളിക്കുന്നുവോ അത്‌ മനസ്സിലാക്കാനാവാത്ത വിധം ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങള്‍ മൂടികള്‍ക്കുള്ളിലാകുന്നു.

And the parable of those who disbelieve is as the parable of one who calls out to that which hears no more than a call and a cry; deaf, dumb(and) blind, so they do not understand.
സത്യനിഷേധികളെ ഉപമിക്കാവുന്നത് വിളിയും തെളിയുമല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും കേള്‍ക്കാത്ത ജന്തുവിനോട് ഒച്ചയിടുന്നവനോടാകുന്നു. അവര്‍ ബധിരരും ഊമകളും അന്ധരുമാകുന്നു. അതിനാല്‍ അവര്‍( യാതൊന്നും) ചിന്തിച്ചു ഗ്രഹിക്കുകയില്ല.

And they thought that there would be no affliction, so they became blind and deaf; then Allah turned to them mercifully, but many of them became blind
ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുമുണ്ടാകുകയില്ലെന്ന് അവര്‍ കണക്ക് കൂട്ടുകയും, അങ്ങനെ അവര്‍ അന്ധരും ബധിരരുമായികഴിയുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് അല്ലാഹു അവരുടെ പശ്ചാത്താപം സ്വീകരിച്ചു. വീണ്ടും അവരില്‍ അധികപേരും അന്ധരും ബധിരരുമായിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു.

And the example of those who disbelieve, is as that of him who shouts to the(flock of sheep) that hears nothing but calls and cries.(They are) deaf, dumb and blind. So they do not understand.
സത്യനിഷേധികളെ ഉപമിക്കാവുന്നത് വിളിയും തെളിയുമല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും കേള്‍ക്കാത്ത ജന്തുവിനോട് ഒച്ചയിടുന്നവനോടാകുന്നു. അവര്‍ ബധിരരും ഊമകളും അന്ധരുമാകുന്നു. അതിനാല്‍ അവര്‍( യാതൊന്നും) ചിന്തിച്ചു ഗ്രഹിക്കുകയില്ല.

They thought there will be no Fitnah(trial or punishment), so they became blind and deaf; after that Allah turned to them(with Forgiveness); yet again many of them became blind

The likeness of those who disbelieve is as the likeness of he who calls to that which does not hear, except a shout and a voice. Deaf, dumb, and blind, they do not understand.

The parable of the faithless is that of someone who shouts after that which does not hear[anything] except a call and cry: deaf, dumb, and blind, they do not exercise their reason.

അവർ കേട്ടില്ലെന്നു നടിച്ചു.
