جب ابؔرام نے سُنا کہ اُسکا بھائی گرفتار ہُوا

Moses wrote in the Torah; that Abram believed the Lord, and He credited it to him as righteousness.
اور موسیٰ نے کھاکہ میں تو ہر متکبر سے جو حساب کے دن(قیامت)پر ایمان نھیں لاتا اپنے اور تمہارے پروردگار کی پناہ لے چکا ھوں“

Now let's come to verse 1:"After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am your shield, and your exceeding great reward.
اِس کے بعد رب رویا میں ابرام سے ہم کلام ہوا،”ابرام، مت ڈر۔ مَیں ہی تیری سپر ہوں، مَیں ہی تیرا بہت بڑا اجر ہوں۔

After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying:'Fear not, Abram, I am thy shield, thy reward shall be exceeding great.'.
اِن واقعات کے پیش آنے کے بعد خواب میں اَبرام کو خدا کا پیغام آیا۔ خدا نے ان سے کہا کہ اے اَبرام، تو خوفزدہ نہ ہو، میں تیری ڈھال ہوں اور میں ہی تجھے عظیم اجر وبدلہ دوں گا

Genesis 15:1- After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying,"Do not fear, Abram, I am a shield to you; Your reward shall be very great.".
اِن واقعات کے پیش آنے کے بعد خواب میں اَبرام کو خدا کا پیغام آیا۔ خدا نے ان سے کہا کہ اے اَبرام، تو خوفزدہ نہ ہو، میں تیری ڈھال ہوں اور میں ہی تجھے عظیم اجر وبدلہ دوں گا

And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.
اور ابراؔم نے اپنی بیوی سارَؔی اور پانے بتیجے لُوطؔ کو اسور سب ما کو جو اُنہوں نے جمع کیا تھا اور اُن آدمیوں کو جو اُنکو حارؔان میں مَل گئے تھے ساتھ لِیا اور وہ مُلک ِ کنعاؔن کو روانہ ہوئے اور مُلکِ کنعؔان میں آئے

And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son,
اور تاؔرح نے اپنے بیٹے اؔبرام کو اور اپنے پوتے لُوطؔ کو جو حاؔران کا بیٹا تھا

Abram went with his wife.
برومینٹ اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ گھر گیا

اِن باتوں کے بعد خُداوند کا کلام رویا میں ابرؔام پر نازِل ہوا

ابرام خدا پر ایمان,

And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away.
تب شکاری پرنِدے اُن ٹکڑوں پر جپٹنے لگے پر ابرؔام اُنکو ہٹکاتا رہا

And Abram journeyed, going on still towards the south.
اور ابراؔم سفر کرتا کرتا جنوب کی طرف بڑھ گیا

And Abram journeyed on, continuing toward the south.
اور ابراؔم سفر کرتا کرتا جنوب کی طرف بڑھ گیا
