Examples of using Intends in English and their translations into Urdu

God intends to prove the truth with His words, and to uproot the disbelievers.".
اور اللہ چاہتا تھا کہ اپنے فیصلے کے ذریعے سے حق کا حق ہونا ثابت کر دے اور کافروں کی جڑ کاٹ دے۔‘

If anyone intends to do a bad deed but does not actually do it,
جس نے برائی کا ارادہ کیا اور پھر اس کا ارتکاب نہ کیا

If he intends to do it and then does it,
وہ اسے اس کا ارادہ کیا اور ارتکاب کیا

is intended for those on the earth, or whether their Lord intends goodness for them.'.
ان کے رب کا اراده ان کے ساتھ بھلائی کا ہے

When Allah intends good for a person, He makes his own soul a
جب اللہ تعالی کسی گھر والوں سے بھلائی کا ارادہ کرتا ہے

his home town or a place where he intends to stay for ten days;
ایسی جگہ پہنچ جائے جہاں وہ دس دن رہنا چاہتا ہو

Allah will admit those who believe and do righteous deeds to gardens beneath which rivers flow. Indeed, Allah does what He intends.
ایمان اور نیک اعمال والوں کو اللہ تعالیٰ لہریں لیتی ہوئی نہروں والی جنتوں میں لے جائے گا۔ اللہ جو اراده کرے اسے کر کے رہتا ہے

Whoever intends to do a good deed but didn't; Allah(SWT) writes it down as one good deed.
جس نے برائی کا ارادہ کیا اور پھر اس کا ارتکاب نہ کیا تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے لیے ایک کامل نیکی لکھ دیتا ہے‘‘

arrives(after midday) at a place where he intends to stay for ten days.
ایسی جگہ پہنچ جائے جہاں وہ دس دن رہنا چاہتا ہو

Whoever intends to do harm[or wishes ill] to the people of Madinah, Allah will cause him to melt like salt dissolving in water.”.
جو شخص اہلِ مدینہ کے ساتھ برائی کا ارادہ کرے گا اللہ تعالیٰ اُسے(دوزخ میں) اِس طرح پگھلائے گا جیسا کہ نمک پانی میں گھل جاتا ہے۔‘

He who intends to do harm to the people of this city(Madinah) Allah would efface him as salt is dissolved in water,".
جس کسی نے اہل مدینہ کے ساتھ برائی کا ارادہ کیا اللہ اسے پگھلادے گا جیسے نمک پانی میں گھل جاتا ہے

But if they turn away, then know that ALLAH intends to punish them for some of their sins.
اگر اب بھی منہ موڑیں تو سمجھ لے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ان کے بعض گناہوں پر ان کی پکڑ کرنے کا ارادہ کرچکاہے

But if they turn away, know that God intends to strike them with some of their sins.
اگر اب بھی منہ موڑیں تو سمجھ لے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ان کے بعض گناہوں پر ان کی پکڑ کرنے کا ارادہ کرچکاہے

ان کے پروردگار نے ان کی بھلائی کا ارادہ فرمایا ہے

اگر اب بھی منہ موڑیں تو سمجھ لے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ان کے بعض گناہوں پر ان کی پکڑ کرنے کا ارادہ کرچکاہے

We do not know whether ill is intended for those who are on the earth, or whether their Lord intends good for them.
اور یہ کہ ہم نہیں جانتے کہ(ہماری بندش سے) ان لوگوں کے حق میں جو زمین میں ہیں کسی برائی کا اِرادہ کیا گیا ہے یا ان کے رب نے ان کے ساتھ بھلائی کا اِرادہ فرمایا ہے
