If other near of kin orphans and needy are pre sent at the time of division of inheritance give them some thing of it and speak to them kindly.
اور جب تقسیم کے موقع پر رشتہ دار، یتیم اور مسکین موجود ہوں تو انہیں بھی اس(مال) میں سے کچھ دے دو اور ان سے درست اور مناسب طریقہ سے بات کرو

he should bequeath them equitably to his parents and next of kin. This is binding on those who are upright and fear God.

بے شک الله انصاف کرنے کا اوربھلائی کرنے کا اور رشتہ داروں کو دینے کا حکم کرتا ہے اوربے حیائی اوربری بات اور ظلم سے منع کرتا ہے تمہیں سمجھاتا ہے تاکہ تم سمجھو

بیشک اللہ(ہر ایک کے ساتھ) عدل اور احسان کا حکم فرماتا ہے اور قرابت داروں کو دیتے رہنے کا اور بے حیائی اور برے کاموں اور سرکشی و نافرمانی سے منع فرماتا ہے، وہ تمہیں نصیحت فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم خوب یاد رکھو

They ask you what(things) they should expend, Say,“Whatever charity you expend is for parents and nearest kin, and orphans, and the indigent, and the wayfarer; and whatever charity you perform, then surely Allah is Ever-Knowing of it.”.
وہ آپ سے پوچھتے ہیں کیا کچھ خرچ کریں؟ آپ کہہ دیں جو مال تم خرچ کرو، سو ماں باپ کے لئے اور قربت داروں کے لئے، اور یتیموں، اور محتاجوں، اور مسافروں کے لئے، اور تم جو نیکی کرو گے تو بیشک اللہ اسے جاننے والا ہے(۲۱۵

But his father and mother said to him,“Is there not a woman among your kin, or among all our[a] people, that you must go to take a wife from the uncircumcised Philistines?”!
لیکن اس کے والدین نے جواب دیا”کیا تمہارے رشتے داروں یا تمہارے لوگوں میں سے کوئی عورت نہیں ہے جس سے تم شادی کر سکو؟ کیا تمہیں ان نا مختون فلسطینیوں کے پاس بیوی حاصل کرنے کیلئے جانا چاہئے؟ لیکن سمسون نے کہا”اس عورت کو میرے لئے حاصل کرو!

Surely Allah enjoins justice, kindness and the doing of good to kith and kin, and forbids all that is shameful, evil and oppressive. He exhorts you so that you may be mindful.
بیشک اللہ(ہر ایک کے ساتھ) عدل اور احسان کا حکم فرماتا ہے اور قرابت داروں کو دیتے رہنے کا اور بے حیائی اور برے کاموں اور سرکشی و نافرمانی سے منع فرماتا ہے، وہ تمہیں نصیحت فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم خوب یاد رکھو

Anyone who is killed unjustly, We give his kin authority to avenge; thus, he shall not avenge excessively; he will then be helped.
اور جو شخص مظلوم ہونے کی صورت میں مار ڈالا جائے ہم نے اس کے وارث کو طاقت دے رکھی ہے کہ پس اسے چاہیے کہ مار ڈالنے میں زیادتی نہ کرے بیشک وہ مدد کیا گیا ہے
