And married women except those your right hands possess, the decree of Allah upon you.
اور حرام کی گئی شوہر والی عورتیں مگر وہ جو تمہاری ملکیت میں آجائیں(١) اللہ تعالیٰ نے احکام تم پر فرض کر دئیے ہیں

The decree of God is at hand,
امر الٰہی آگیا ہے

With Me, the decree does not change,
میرے پاس بات میں تبدیلی نہیں ہوتی ہے

Those against whom the decree of your Lord has been verified, will not believe, although every sign should come to them, until they see the painful punishment.”.
جن پر تیرے رب کی بات ثابت ہوگئی ہے وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گے، اگرچہ ان کے پاس ہر قسم کی نشانی آجائے یہاں تک کہ کہ وہ دردناک عذاب دیکھ لیں

And others are awaiting the decree of Allah, whether He shall torment them or whether He will relent toward them;
اور کچھ اور لوگ ہیں جن کا کام الله کے حکم پر موقوف ہے

Is he then on whom is justified the decree of torment- wilt thou rescue him who is in the Fire?
بھلا جس شخص پر عذاب کا حکم صادر ہوچکا۔ تو کیا تم(ایسے) دوزخی کو مخلصی دے سکو گے؟?

Surely, the decree of thy Lord has gone forth, and surely, there is coming to them a punishment that cannot be averted.
اس خیال کو چھوڑ دیجئے آپ کے رب کا حکم آپہنچا ہے اور ان پر نہ ٹالے جانے والا عذاب ضرور آنے والا ہے

And We conveyed to him[the decree] of that matter that the roots of those[sinners] would be cut off by[early] morning.
اور ہم نے اس کی طرف اس بات کا فیصلہ کر دیا کہ صبح ہوتے ہوتے ان لوگوں کی جڑیں کاٹ دی جائیں گی

The decree of your Lord has gone forth: for them there comes a Penalty that cannot be turned back!
اس خیال کو چھوڑ دیجئے آپ کے رب کا حکم آپہنچا ہے اور ان پر نہ ٹالے جانے والا عذاب ضرور آنے والا ہے۔!

And others are awaiting the decree of Allah, whether He shall torment them or whether He will relent toward them; and Allah is Knowing, Wise.
اور کچھ اور لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں جن کا معاملہ خدا کے حکم پر موقوف ہے وہ انہیں سزا دے یا ان کی توبہ کرے اور اللہ بڑا جاننے والا، بڑا حکمت والا ہے

The decree of your Rabb has already gone forth- and verily the chastisement shall fall upon them which none can avert.”.
اس خیال کو چھوڑ دیجئے آپ کے رب کا حکم آپہنچا ہے اور ان پر نہ ٹالے جانے والا عذاب ضرور آنے والا ہے

Surely the decree of thy Lord has gone forth and there must come to them a chastisement that cannot be averted.
اس خیال کو چھوڑ دیجئے، آپ کے رب کا حکم آپہنچا ہے، اور ان پر نہ ٹالے جانے واﻻ عذاب ضرور آنے واﻻ ہے

Nuh(Noah) said:"This day there is no saviourfrom the Decree of Allah except him on whom He has mercy.".
نوح نے کہا آج اللہ کے امر سے بچانے والا کوئی نہیں، صرف وہی بچیں گے جن پر اللہ کا رحم ہوا

And the decree of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim and it was written in the book.
اور آستر کے حکم سے پوریم کی ان رسموں کی تصدیق ہوئی اور یہ کتاب میں لکھ لیا گیا

I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to me,‘You are my Son,
میں اس فرمان کو بیان کروں گا۔ خداوند نے مجھ سے کہا تو میرا بیٹا ہے۔ آج تو

If the decree(of respite) had not been pronounced by your Lord,(the inevitable judgement would have ensued);
اگر تیرے رب کی طرف سے پہلے ایک بات طے نہ کر دی گئی ہوتی اور مہلت کی ایک

And We conveyed to him[the decree] of that matter: that those[sinners] would be eliminated by early morning.
اور ہم نے ان(لوط(ع)) کو بذریعۂ وحی اس فیصلہ سے آگاہ کر دیا کہ صبح ہوتے ہوتے ان کی جڑ بالکل کاٹ دی جائے گی

Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment[to be guided]?
بھلا جس پر عذاب کا حکم ثابت ہو چکا تو کیا آپ اسے چھڑا سکتے ہیں جو(دوزخ کی)

Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment[to be guided]? Then, can you save one who is in the Fire?
بھلا جس شخص پر عذاب کا حکم ثابت ہو چکا، تو کیا آپ اس شخص کو بچا سکتے ہیں جو(دائمی) دوزخی ہو چکا ہو،?

We conveyed him the decree, that the remnants of these people will be cut off in the morning.
اور ہم نے اس کی طرف اس بات کا فیصلہ کر دیا کہ صبح ہوتے ہوتے ان لوگوں کی جڑیں کاٹ دی جائیں گی
