And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, and transgress not; verily Allah loveth not the transgressors.
جولوگ تم سے جنگ کرتے ہیں تم بھی ان سے راہِ خدا میں جہادکرو اور زےادتی نہ کرو کہ خدا زیادتی کرنے والوں کو دوست نہیں رکھتاNay, but man doth transgress all bounds, in that he looketh upon himself as self-sufficient.

لڑو اللہ کی راه میں ان سے جو تم سے لڑتے ہیں اور زیادتی نہ کرو، اللہ تعالیٰ When he assigned to the sea his decree, that the waters should not transgress his order: when he established firmly the foundations of the earth.

When He gave to the sea His decree, that the waters should not transgress His commandment, when He appointed the foundations of the earth;
جب اُس نے سمندر کی حد ٹھہرائی تاکہ پانی اُسکے حکم کو نہ توڑے۔ جب اُس نے زمین کی بنیاد کے نشان لگائےThe Qur'an says“So whoever transgresses with respect to you, transgress with respect to him in a like manner.
ملاحظہ ہو قرآن کا قانون:"جو شخص تم پر زیادتی کرے،تم بھی اس جیسی ہی When he gave to the sea its bound, That the waters should not transgress his commandment, When he marked out the foundations of the earth;
جب اُس نے سمندر کی حد ٹھہرائی تاکہ پانی اُسکے حکم کو نہ توڑے۔ جب اُس نے زمین کی بنیاد کے نشان لگائےIn this wise is the word of thy Lord justified on those who transgress: that they shall not come to believe.
اسی طرح تمہارے پروردگار کی بات فاسقوں(نافرمانوں) پر سچی ثابت ہو کر رہی کہ وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گےbetween them is a barrier which none of them can transgress.".
Fight, in the way of God, those who fight you, and transgress not: truly, God does not love transgressors.'.
اور تم اللہ کی راہ میں ان لوگوں سے لڑو جو تم سے لڑیں۔ اور زیادتی نہ کرو۔ کیونکہ یقینا اللہ I did not make him transgress, but he[himself] was in extreme error.".
Thus the word of your Lord became due against those who transgress, that they shall not have faith.
اسی طرح ان نافرمانوں کے حق میں تیرے رب کا فیصلہ ثابت ہو کر رہا کہ یہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گےAnd fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, and transgress not; verily Allah loveth not the transgressors.
جو لوگ تم سے قتال کرتے ہیں تم بھی ان سے اللہ تعالیٰ کی راہ میں قتال کرو اور زیادتی نہ کرو، بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ Thus the word of your Lord became due against those who transgress, that they shall not have faith.
اسی طرح تمہارے پروردگار کی بات فاسقوں(نافرمانوں) پر سچی ثابت ہو کر رہی کہ وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گےAnd his associate[Satan] will say,"Lord, I did not make him transgress, he had already gone far astray himself.".
اس کا ساتھی(شیطان) کہے گا اے ہمارے پروردگار! میں نے تو اسے سرکش نہیں بنایا تھا مگر وہ خود ہی سخت گمراہی میں تھاIn this wise is the word of thy Lord justified on those who transgress: that they shall not come to believe.
Thus does the word of your Lord prove true against those who transgress that they do not believe.
اسی طرح آپ کے رب کی یہ بات کہ یہ ایمان نہ ﻻئیں گے، تمام فاسق لوگوں کے حق میں ﺛابت ہوچکی ہے
