(31) The unbelievers say,'Why has the Koran not been sent down upon him all at once?'?
இறைநிராகரிப்பாளர்கள் கேட்கின்றார்கள்:“ இவர் மீது குர்ஆன் முழுவதும் ஒரே நேரத்தில் ஏன் இறக்கி வைக்கப்படவ் இல்லை?

Those to whom We gave the Book know that it is sent down from your Lord, in truth.
இதற்கு முன்னர் எவர்களுக்கு நாம் வேதம் கொடுத்திருக்கின்றோம் ஓ அவர்கள், இது மெய்யாகவே உங்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து உண்மையைக் கொண்டே அருளப் பட்ட் உள்ளது என்பதை உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவார்கள்.

Those who believe say:"Why is not a Sûrah(chapter of the Qur'ān) sent down(for us)?
ஈமான் கொண்டவர்கள் கூறுகிறார்கள்:“( புனிதப் போர் பற்றி) ஓர் அத்தியாயம் இறக்கி வைப்படவேண்டாமா?”?

And those to whom We gave the Book, they surely know that the Qur'an is sent down by their Rabb with the truth.
இதற்கு முன்னர் எவர்களுக்கு நாம் வேதம் கொடுத்திருக்கின்றோம் ஓ அவர்கள், இது மெய்யாகவே உங்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து உண்மையைக் கொண்டே அருளப் பட்ட் உள்ளது என்பதை உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவார்கள்.

My protector is God who sent down the Book, for it is He who protects the righteous.
நிச்சயமாக என் பாதுகாவலன் அல்லாஹ்வே. அவனே வேதத்தை இறக்கி வைத்தான். அவனே நல்லடியார்களைப் பாதுகாப்பவன் ஆவான்.

And those whom We have given the Book known it is sent down from they lord with the truth;
எவர்களுக்கு நாம் வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்திருக்கின்றோமோ அவர்கள் நிச்சயமாக இது( குர்ஆன்) உம்முடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து உண்மையாக இறக்கப் பட்ட் உள்ளது என்பதை நன்கு அறிவார்கள்.

And they to whom We gave the scripture know that it is sent down from thy Lord, with truth.
எவர்களுக்கு நாம் வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்திருக்கின்றோம் ஓ அவர்கள் நிச்சயமாக இது( குர்ஆன்) உம்முடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து உண்மையாக இறக்கப் பட்ட் உள்ளது என்பதை நன்கு அறிவார்கள்.

say,“I believe in a Book sent down by Allah and I am ordered to be just between you.
இன்னும், ''அல்லாஹ் இறக்கி வைத்த வேதங்களை நான் நம்புகிறேன்; அன்றியும் உங்களிடையே நீதி வழங்கும்படியும் நான் ஏவப்பட்ட் உள்ளேன்.

And We sent down out of heaven water blessed, and caused to grow thereby gardens and grain of harvest.
அன்றியும், வானத்த் இலிருந்து மிக்க பாக்கியமுள்ள தண்ணீரை( மழையை) நாம் இறக்கி வைத்து, அதைக் கொண்டு தோட்டங்களைய் உம், அறுவடை செய்யப்படும் தானியங்களைய் உம் முளைப்பிக்கிறோம்.

say,'I believe in a Book sent down by Allah sent down by Allah
இன்னும், ''அல்லாஹ் இறக்கி வைத்த வேதங்களை நான் நம்புகிறேன்;

He sent down this book fully detailed," is in Verse 114(19x6)
அவர் இந்தப் புத்தகத்தை முழுவதும் விவரிக்கப்பட்டத் ஆக இறக்கி அனுப்பிய் உள்ளார்” என்று வசனம் 114( 19ஒ6 )ல் உள்ளது,

O our Lord, we have believed in what Thou hast sent down and followed the messenger;
எங்கள் இறைவா! நீ இறக்கி அருளிய யாவற்றையும் நாங்கள் நம்புகின்றோம். தூதரையும் பின் பற்றுகின்றோம்.

And we sent down the iron, wherein there is strength, and many benefits for the people.
மேலும் நாம் இரும்பை இறக்கி அனுப்பினோம், அதில் பலம் உம், மேலும் மனிதர்களுக்குப் பல பயன்கள் உம் உள்ளன.

GOD is with us." GOD then sent down contentment and security upon him, and supported him with invisible soldiers.
அப்போது கடவுள் அவர்மீது ஆறுதலையும், பாதுகாப்பையும் இறக்கி அனுப்பினார், மேலும் கண்களுக்குத் தெரியாத படையினரைக் கொண்டு அவருக்கு ஆதரவளித்தார்.

Did you not see that Allah sent down water from the sky, so the earth became green at morn?
நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் வானத்த் இலிருந்து( மழை) நீரை இறக்குகிறான்; அதனால் பூமி பசுமையாகி விடுகிறது என்பதை நீர் பார்க்கவில்லையா?

He it is Who spread the earth for you; and made in it paths for you, and sent down water from the sky, and then through it We brought forth many species of diverse plants.
( அவனே) உங்களுக்க் ஆக இப்பூமியை ஒரு விரிப்பாக அமைத்தான்; இன்னும் அதில் உங்களுக்குப் பாதைகளை இலேசாக்கினான்; மேலும் வானத்த் இலிருந்து நீரையும் இறக்கினான்; இம் மழை நீரைக் கொண்டு நாம் பல விதம் ஆன தாவர வர்க்கங்களை ஜோடி ஜோடியாக வெளிப்படுத்துகிறோம்"( என்று இறைவன் கூறுகிறான்).

That is because they said to those who disliked what Allah sent down,"We will obey you in part of the matter."
இது ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் எதை அல்லாஹ் இறக்கிவைக்கிறானோ, அதை வெறுப்பவர்களிடம்," நாங்கள் சில காரியங்களில் உங்களையே பின்பற்றி நடப்போம்" என்று கூறியதனாலேயாம். ஆனால்,

for you like a bed(spread out); and has opened roads(ways and paths etc.) for you therein; and has sent down water(rain) from the sky. And We have brought forth with it various kinds of vegetation.
மேலும் வானத்த் இலிருந்து நீரையும் இறக்கினான்; இம் மழை நீரைக் கொண்டு நாம் பல விதம் ஆன தாவர வர்க்கங்களை ஜோடி ஜோடியாக வெளிப்படுத்துகிறோம்"( என்று இறைவன் கூறுகிறான்).

He dispersed all kinds of animals over the earth, and sent down water from the sky causing all kinds of excellent plants to grow on it.
இன்னும் நாமே வானத்த் இலிருந்து மழையை பொழியச் செய்து அதில் சங்கைய் ஆன, வகை வகைய் ஆன( மரம், செடி, கொடி ஆகியவற்றை) ஜோடி ஜோடியாக முளைப்பித்திருக்கின்றோம்.

dispersed on it all varieties of creatures, and He sent down water from the skies and grew all kinds
