So Allah will question him and make him confess, and then Allah will say,

So Allah rewarded them for these words with Gardens beneath which rivers flow so that they would abide there for ever. Such is the reward of the people who do good.

So Allah rewarded them for what they said with gardens[in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. And that is the reward of doers of good.

They came to this end because their Messengers would come to them with Clear Signs and yet they would refuse to believe. So Allah seized them. He is indeed Strong, Terrible in Retribution.
かれらの使徒たちが，明証を（打？）した時，かれらはそれを拒否した。それでアッラーはかれらを捕えられたのである。本当にかれは強力で，懲罰に厳重であられる。

That was because their apostles used to bring them manifest proofs, but they defied[them]. So Allah seized them. Indeed He is all-strong, severe in retribution.
かれらの使徒たちが，明証を（打？）した時，かれらはそれを拒否した。それでアッラーはかれらを捕えられたのである。本当にかれは強力で，懲罰に厳重であられる。

That was because their messengers were coming to them with clear proofs, but they disbelieved, so Allah seized them. Indeed, He is Powerful and severe in punishment.
かれらの使徒たちが，明証を（打？）した時，かれらはそれを拒否した。それでアッラーはかれらを捕えられたのである。本当にかれは強力で，懲罰に厳重であられる。

Like the precedent of Pharaoh's clan and those who were before them, who defied Allah's signs, so Allah seized them for their sins. Indeed Allah is all-strong, severe in retribution.

Theirs is like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They disbelieved in the signs of Allah, so Allah seized them for their sins. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and severe in penalty.

So Allah will chastise the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women and the polytheistic men and the polytheistic women, and Allah will turn(mercifully) to the believing women, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
それで）アッラーは，偽信者の男たちと女たち，また多神教徒の男たちと女たちを，処罰なされる。だがアッラーは，信仰する男たちと女たちには，哀れみをかけられる。アッラーは寛容にして慈悲深い御方であられる。

So Allah punisheth hypocritical men and hypocritical women, and idolatrous men and idolatrous women. But Allah pardoneth believing men and believing women, and Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
それで）アッラーは，偽信者の男たちと女たち，また多神教徒の男たちと女たちを，処罰なされる。だがアッラーは，信仰する男たちと女たちには，哀れみをかけられる。アッラーは寛容にして慈悲深い御方であられる。

That was because there came to them their Messengers with clear evidences, proofs and signs but they disbelieved(in them). So Allah seized them with punishment. Verily, He is All-Strong, Severe in punishment.
かれらの使徒たちが，明証を（打？）した時，かれらはそれを拒否した。それでアッラーはかれらを捕えられたのである。本当にかれは強力で，懲罰に厳重であられる。

Whereas the disbelievers had set up in their hearts an obstinacy- the same obstinacy of the days of ignorance- so Allah sent down His solace upon His Noble Messenger and upon the believers, and decreed upon them the words of piety, and they were more deserving and suitable for it; and Allah is the All Knowing.
あの時不信心な者たちは，胸の中に慢心の念を燃やした。ジャーヒリーヤ（時代のような）無知による慢心である。それでアッラーは，使徒と信者の上に安らぎを下し，かれらに自制の御言葉を押し付けられた。これはかれらがその（安らぎ）に値し，またそれを受けるためであった。アッラーは凡てのことを知っておられる。

So Allah seized them for their sins.

They forgot about Allah so Allah make them forget about themselves.
しかし、アッラーを忘れる者にアッラーは忘れる者自身を忘れさせる。

So Allah divinely revealed to His bondman, whatever He divinely revealed.
そしてしもべ（ムハンマド）に，かれの啓示を告げた。

So Allah's Messenger(peace be upon him) said: And what's that?
それからアッラーの使徒は、"OHatibは！これは何ですか"と言った。

So Allah will surely know those who are true and He will surely know the liars.
アッラーは、誠実な者を必ず知り、また虚言の徒をも必ず知っておられる。

So Allah conferred favour upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire.
だがアッラーは，わたしたちに御恵みを与えられ，熱風の懲罰から御救い下された。
