Since 2007, the Operational Programme for the Promotion of Human Potential, one of the three Programmes developed under the National Strategic Reference Framework(NSRF)(2007- 2013), includes in its axis 7 several typologies aimed at developing the capacity of national public institutions and civil society organizations, including women ' s organizations for the promotion of gender equality.
