The Commission adopted a short resolution on the theme, which also reaffirmed the Beijing Platform for Action and the further actions and initiatives to implement the Beijing Platform for Action adopted at the twenty-third special session of the General Assembly, in particular the recommendations relating to reproductive rights and reproductive health.
