And(remember) when We gave Musa(Moses) the Scripture[the Taurat(Torah)] and the criterion(of right and wrong)
இன்னும், நீங்கள் நேர்வழி பெறும்பொருட்டு நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தையும்( நன்மை தீமைகளைப் பிரித்து அறிவிக்கக்கூடிய)

Jesus declared,“He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his
இயேசு கூறினார்: வேதவாக்கியம் சொல்லுகிறபடி என்னிடத்தில் விசுவாசமாயிருக்கிறவன் எவனோ,

JOH 20:9 For as yet they did not understand the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead.
அவர்கள் இன்னும் வேதம் புரியவ் இல்லை, அவரை மரித்தோர் இலிருந்து எழுந்திருக்கவேண்டும் அதை அவசியம் என்று.

He said,"I have searched the scripture from 1 Genesis to Revelation, and I can not find anything in Scripture that speak against gambling.
அவர் கூறினார்," நான் 1 ஆதியாகமம் முதல் வெளிப்படுத்துதல் வேதத்தையும் ஆராய்ந்து, நான் சூதாட்ட எதிராக பேச என்று புனித நூல்களை எதையும் கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியவ் இல்லை.

And[recall] when We gave Moses the Scripture and criterion that perhaps you would be guided.
இன்னும், நீங்கள் நேர்வழி பெறும்பொருட்டு நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தையும்( நன்மை தீமைகளைப் பிரித்து அறிவிக்கக்கூடிய) ஃபுர்க்கானையும் அளித்தோம்( என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள்).

And We have instructed those who were given the Scripture before you and yourselves to fear Allah.
உங்களுக்குமுன் வேதம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களைய் உம், உங்களைய் உம் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே பயந்து நடக்கும் ஆறு( வஸிய்யத்து) உபதேசம் செய்தோம்;

And We gave Moses the Scripture, and made it a guide for the Children of Israel:
இன்னும், நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி,

Remember when We gave Moses the Scripture, and the criterion[to distinguish between right and wrong],
நீங்கள் நேர்வழி பெறும்பொருட்டு நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தையும்( நன்மை தீமைகளைப் பிரித்து அறிவிக்கக்கூடிய)

He has given me the Scripture, made me a prophet
அவன் எனக்கு வேதம் அருளினான்; என்னைத் தூதர் ஆகவ் உம் ஆக்கினான்;

We have given Moses the scripture, but it was disputed, and if it were not for a predetermined word decreed by your Lord, they would have been judged immediately.
நிச்சயமாக நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; ஆனால், அதில் மாறுபாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டன அன்றியும் உமது இறைவனிடமிருந்து ஏற்கனவே வாக்கு ஏற்படாது போய் இருந்தால், அவர்களுக்கிடையே தீர்ப்பு அளிக்கப்பட்டே இருக்கும்.

And among them are unlettered ones who do not know the Scripture except in wishful thinking, but they are only assuming.

And[recall] we gave Moses the Scripture and the Criterion so that you may receive guidance.
இன்னும், நீங்கள் நேர்வழி பெறும்பொருட்டு நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தையும்( நன்மை தீமைகளைப் பிரித்து அறிவிக்கக்கூடிய) ஃபுர்க்கானையும் அளித்தோம்( என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள்).

And before this, the scripture of Moses was a guidance and mercy.
இதற்கு முன்னர் மூஸாவின் வேதம் ஒரு இமாம் ஆகவ் உம்( நேர்வழி காட்டிய் ஆகவ் உம்) ரஹ்மத்த் ஆகவ் உம் இருந்தது.
