วิบัติแก่เขาผู้สร้างวังของตนด้วยความอธรรมและสร้างห้องชั้นบนไว้ด้วยความอยุติธรรมผู้ที่ทำให้เพื่อนบ้านของเขาปรนนิบัติเขาโดยไม่ได้อะไรเลยและมิได้จ่ายค่าจ้างให้แก่เขา
