Stakeholders are encouraged to collaborate in the efforts of the Working Group to provide States and business enterprises with more detailed guidance on the implementation of the Guiding Principles in relation to indigenous peoples and potential or actual impact on their human rights relating to business activities, with due regard for the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

National implementation initiatives by States include the hosting by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of a multistakeholder conference, with Working Group participation, on the implementation of the Guiding Principles and elaboration of a Government-wide strategy on dissemination and implementation, following consultations held with business enterprises and civil society organizations, as well as the work of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Corporate Social Responsibility of the United Kingdom Parliament.
