അവര്ക്കിടയില്( റസൂല്) തീര്പ്പുകല്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി അല്ലാഹുവിലേക്കും അവന്റെ റസൂലിലേക്കും അവര് വിളിക്കപ്പെട്ടാല് അപ്പോഴതാ അവരില് ഒരു വിഭാഗം തിരിഞ്ഞുകളയുന്നു.The Prophet, thereupon, observed,‘God has given you two better days in their place,‘Id-ul-Fitr and‘Id-ul-Adha'.”.
അവരോട് റസൂല്( സ) പറഞ്ഞു: ആ രണ്ടു ദിവസങ്ങള്ക്കു പകരം അവയെക്കാള് ഉത്തമമായ രണ്ട് സുദിനങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.And indeed We sent to the Thamud, their fellowman Saleh that,“Worship Allah”, thereupon they became two parties quarrelling.
നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ( മാത്രം) ആരാധിക്കുക എന്ന ദൌത്യവുമായി ഥമൂദ് സമുദായത്തിലേക്ക് അവരുടെ സഹോദരനായ സ്വാലിഹിനെയും നാം അയക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. അപ്പോഴതാ അവര് അന്യോന്യം വഴക്കടിക്കുന്ന രണ്ട് കക്ഷികളായിത്തീരുന്നു.Thereupon Peter expressed himself thus:"Lord,
പത്രോസ് പറഞ്ഞു: കര്ത്താവേ,He said,“Rather, you may throw”; thereupon their cords and their staves, by the strength of their magic, appeared to him as if they were(serpents) moving fast.

അപ്പോഴദ്ദേഹം തന്റെ നാഥനെ വിളിച്ചു പ്രാര്ഥിച്ചു:" ഞാന് തോറ്റിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാല് നീയെന്നെ സഹായിക്കേണമേ.”.Thereupon Abraham took the wood for the holocaust and laid it on his son Isaac's shoulders,

അന്നേരം നാം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ഉത്തരമേകി. അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ദുഃഖത്തില്നിന്നു മോചിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇവ്വിധം നാം സത്യവിശ്വാസികളെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.Thereupon, observed,'God has given you two better days in their place,'Id-ul-Fitr and'Id-ul-Adha'.".
തിരുമേനി പറഞ്ഞു: അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ രണ്ട് ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് പകരമായി അതിനേക്കാൾ ഏറ്റവും ഉത്തമമായ രണ്ട് ദിവസങ്ങൾ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.Thereupon he said: Abu Bakr,

അപ്പോള് അല്ലാഹു അരുള് ചെയ്തു: പ്രവാചകരേ, ഈ സന്ദേശം പെട്ടെന്ന് ഹൃദിസ്ഥമാക്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി നാക്കു പിടപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.Towards Firaun and his court members, thereupon they followed the commands of Firaun; and the work of Firaun was not proper.

സമൂദ് സമുദായത്തിലേക്ക് നാം അവരുടെ സഹോദരന് സ്വാലിഹിനെ അയച്ചു.“ നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിനുമാത്രം വഴിപ്പെടുക” എന്നതായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിലൂടെ നല്കിയ സന്ദേശം. അതോടെ അവര് പരസ്പരം കയര്ക്കുന്ന രണ്ട് കക്ഷികളായിപിരിഞ്ഞു.And the True Promise has come near- thereupon the eyes of the disbelievers will become fixed, staring wide; saying“Woe to us- we were in neglect of this, but in fact we were unjust.”.
ആ സത്യവാഗ്ദാനം അടുത്തു വരുന്നതു വരെയും. അപ്പോള് സത്യനിഷേധികളുടെ കണ്ണുകള് തുറിച്ചുനില്ക്കും. അവരിങ്ങനെ വിലപിക്കും." ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗ്യദോഷം. ഞങ്ങള് ഇതേക്കുറിച്ച് തീര്ത്തും അശ്രദ്ധരായിരുന്നു. ഞങ്ങള് അതിക്രമികളായിപ്പോയല്ലോ.”.
