Ministers noted that APEC Finance Ministers had met in Honolulu, Hawaii on 18-19 March 1994 and had agreed to further a dialogue in areas of mutual interest, such as recent economic developments, capital flows and financial markets issues, with a focus on private financing of infrastructure.
