Takes note with appreciation of the  plans of  action for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration on Crime and Justice:
Recalling the  plans of  action for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration on Crime and Justice: Meeting the  Challenges
it is noteworthy that the  Commission on Crime Preventionand Criminal Justice recently adopted the  revised draft action plan for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration on Crime and Justice.
Recalling further its resolution 57/170 of  18 December 2002 on the  follow-up to the  plans of  action for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration on Crime and Justice: Meeting the  Challenges of the  Twenty-first Century.
His delegation therefore welcomed the  High Commissioner ' s initiative in proceeding to carry out structural reforms in the  Centre for  Human Rights and in establishing a plan of  action for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration and for the  provision of  adequate human and financial resources.
Recalling further its resolution 57/170 of  18 December 2002 on the  followup to the  plans of  action for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration on Crime and Justice: Meeting the  Challenges of the  Twentyfirst Century.
(e) Fostering international cooperation and strengthening, upon request, national capacity-building as regards anti-terrorism policies and measures, pursuant to the  plan of  action against terrorism, for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration, keeping in mind relevant General Assembly and Security Council resolutions.

In the  plan of  action for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration on Crime and Justice, the  Assembly paid attention to women as victims of  trafficking in persons, and recommended that the  Centre for  International Crime Prevention take into account measures for the  assistance and support of  victims and witnesses, including women, in its projects and programmes.
Recalling further General Assembly resolution 56/261 of  31 January 2002, in which the  Assembly took note with appreciation of the  plans of  action for the implementation of the Vienna Declaration on Crime and Justice: Meeting the  Challenges of the  Twenty-first Century, which included a plan of  action against terrorism.
