നാം അവര്‍ക്കു നല്‍കിയതില്‍നിന്ന് ഒരു വിഹിതം അവര്‍ക്കുതന്നെ അറിയാത്ത ചിലതിന്നായി അവര്‍ നീക്കിവെക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹുവാണ് സത്യം. നിങ്ങള്‍ കൃത്രിമമായി കെട്ടിച്ചമക്കുന്നതിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിങ്ങള്‍ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുകതന്നെ ചെയ്യും.

Consume the pure and lawful sustenance which God has given to you and thank God for his bounty
ആകയാല്‍ അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയിട്ടുള്ളതില്‍ നിന്ന് അനുവദനീയവും വിശിഷ്ടവുമായിട്ടുള്ളത് നിങ്ങള്‍ തിന്നുകൊള്ളുക. അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ അനുഗ്രഹത്തിന് നിങ്ങള്‍ നന്ദികാണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക;

It is He who shows you His wonders, and sends down sustenance from the sky for you. But none pays heed except the repentant.
അവനാണ് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് തന്‍റെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള്‍ കാണിച്ചുതരുന്നത്‌. ആകാശത്ത് നിന്ന് അവന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം ഇറക്കിത്തരികയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.( അവങ്കലേക്ക്‌) മടങ്ങുന്നവര്‍ മാത്രമേ ആലോചിച്ച് ഗ്രഹിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

Who shall provide for you if He withholds His sustenance? Nay;
അതല്ലെങ്കില്‍ അല്ലാഹു തന്‍റെ ഉപജീവനം നിര്‍ത്തിവെച്ചാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം നല്‍കുന്നവനായി ആരുണ്ട്‌?

(They worship Him) so that God will reward their best deeds and give them more through His favors. God gives sustenance to whomever He wants without account.
അല്ലാഹു അവര്‍ക്ക് തങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്ത ഏറ്റം നല്ല പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അര്‍ഹമായ പ്രതിഫലം നല്‍കാനാണത്. അവര്‍ക്ക് തന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹം കൂടുതലായി കൊടുക്കാനും. അല്ലാഹു താനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് കണക്കില്ലാതെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

Such in truth are the Believers: they have grades of dignity with their Lord, and forgiveness, and generous sustenance.
അവര്‍ തന്നെയാണ് യഥാര്‍ത്ഥത്തില്‍ വിശ്വാസികള്‍. അവര്‍ക്ക് അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല്‍ പല പദവികളുണ്ട്‌. പാപമോചനവും ഉദാരമായ ഉപജീവനവുമുണ്ട്‌.

എത്രയെത്ര ജീവികളുണ്ട്. അവയൊന്നും തങ്ങളുടെ അന്നം ചുമന്നല്ല നടക്കുന്നത്. അല്ലാഹുവാണ് അവയ്ക്കും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ആഹാരം നല്‍കുന്നത്. അവന്‍ എല്ലാം കേള്‍ക്കുന്നവനും അറിയുന്നവനുമാണ്.

In order that He may recompense those who have believed and done the right. For them will be forgiveness and worthy sustenance.

Say,“Indeed my Lord eases the sustenance for whomever He wills among His bondmen,
നീ പറയുക: തീര്‍ച്ചയായും എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്‍റെ ദാസന്‍മാരില്‍ നിന്ന് താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം വിശാലമാക്കുകയും, താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഇടുങ്ങിയതാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌. നിങ്ങള്‍

Indeed ruined are those who slay their children out of senseless ignorance and forbid the sustenance which Allah has bestowed upon them, in order to fabricate lies against Allah; they have undoubtedly gone astray and not attained the path.

അല്ലാഹുവാണ് നിങ്ങളെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചത്‌. എന്നിട്ടവന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം നല്‍കി. പിന്നെ നിങ്ങളെ അവന്‍ മരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പിന്നീട് അവന്‍ നിങ്ങളെ ജീവിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. അതില്‍ പെട്ട ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു കാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന വല്ലവരും നിങ്ങള്‍ പങ്കാളികളാക്കിയവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുണ്ടോ?

Had God given abundant sustenance to His servants, they would have certainly rebelled on earth,

who will turn it back, who gives you sustenance from the heavens and the earth? Is there any lord besides God?

രാപ്പകലുകള്‍ മാറിമാറി വരുന്നതില്‍; അല്ലാഹു മാനത്തുനിന്ന് ജീവിതവിഭവം ഇറക്കിത്തരുന്നതില്‍; അതു വഴി ചത്ത ഭൂമിയെ ചൈതന്യവത്താക്കുന്നതില്‍; കാറ്റുകളുടെ ഗതി നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നതില്‍;

It is God who has created you and given you sustenance. He will make you die and will bring you back to life.

O men! call to mind the favor of Allah on you; is there any creator besides Allah who gives you sustenance from the heaven and the earth? There is no god
മനുഷ്യരേ, അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ചെയ്ത അനുഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങള്‍ ഓര്‍മിക്കുക. ആകാശത്ത് നിന്നും ഭൂമിയില്‍ നിന്നും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം നല്‍കാന്‍ അല്ലാഹുവല്ലാത്ത വല്ല സ്രഷ്ടാവുമുണ്ടോ?

the fact that Allah sends down Sustenance from the sky, and revives therewith the earth after its death,
അല്ലാഹു മാനത്തുനിന്ന് ജീവിതവിഭവം ഇറക്കിത്തരുന്നതില്‍; അതു വഴി ചത്ത ഭൂമിയെ ചൈതന്യവത്താക്കുന്നതില്‍;

Say,“Have you considered the sustenance God has sent down for you, some of which you made unlawful, and some lawful?” Say,“Did God give you permission, or do you fabricate lies and attribute them to God?”?
പറയുക: അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കിറക്കിത്തന്ന ആഹാരത്തെപ്പറ്റി നിങ്ങളാലോചിച്ചുനോക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ? എന്നിട്ട് നിങ്ങള്‍ അവയില്‍ ചിലതിനെ നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കി. മറ്റു ചിലതിനെ അനുവദനീയവുമാക്കി. ചോദിക്കുക: ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാന്‍ അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അനുവാദം തന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ? അതോ, നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ പേരില്‍ കള്ളം കെട്ടിച്ചമക്കുകയാണോ?

Say:"Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the Sustenance to such of his servants as He pleases: and nothing do ye spend in the least(in His cause) but He replaces it: for He is the Best of those who grant Sustenance.
നീ പറയുക: തീര്‍ച്ചയായും എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്‍റെ ദാസന്‍മാരില്‍ നിന്ന് താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം വിശാലമാക്കുകയും, താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഇടുങ്ങിയതാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌. നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്തൊന്ന് ചെലവഴിച്ചാലും അവന്‍ അതിന് പകരം നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്‌. അവന്‍ ഉപജീവനം നല്‍കുന്നവരില്‍ ഏറ്റവും ഉത്തമനത്രെ.
