Additionally, with the arrest of Ratko Mladić and Goran Hadžić, there will be a need to form a trial chamber composed of a minimum of three judges as well as to assemble a Chambers legal support team.
We reiterate the need to intensify efforts to arrest and transfer Radovan Karadzic, Ratko Mladic and Ante Gotovina to the ICTY and Félicien Kabuga to the ICTR for trial.
