تاکہ تم غم نہ کرو اس پر جو تم سے کھویا گیا۔ اور نہ اس چیز پر فخر کرو جو اس نے تم کو دیا، اور اﷲ اترانے والے، فخر کرنے والے کو پسند نہیں کرتا۔(23

اور تم بے سمجھوں کو اپنے(یا ان کے) مال سپرد نہ کرو جنہیں اللہ نے تمہاری معیشت کی استواری کا سبب بنایا ہے۔ ہاں انہیں اس میں سے کھلاتے رہو اور پہناتے رہو اور ان سے بھلائی کی بات کیا کرو

Those who are miserly and bid others(also) to be miserly and hide that(blessing) which Allah has granted them of His bounty. And We have prepared a disgraceful torment for the disbelievers.
جو لوگ(خود بھی) بخل کرتے ہیں اور لوگوں کو(بھی) بخل کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور اس(نعمت) کو چھپاتے ہیں جواللہ نے انہیں اپنے فضل سے عطا کی ہے، اور ہم نے کافروں کے لئے ذلت انگیز عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہےo

جو رزق اللہ نے تمہیں دیا ہے اُسی میں سے کچھ پھینک دو وہ جواب دیں گے کہ"اللہ نے یہ دونوں چیزیں اُن منکرین حق پر حرام کر دی ہیں

He answered:"Whatever my Lord has granted me is good enough. But help me with your labour and I will erect
انہوں نے کہا کہ جو طاقت مجھے میرے پروردگار نے دی ہے وہ تمہارے وسائل سے بہتر ہے اب تم لوگ قوت سے میری امداد کرو

other things which God has granted to them. They will reply,"God has deprived the unbelievers of the blessings of Paradise.".
جو رزق خدا نے تمہیں عنایت فرمایا ہے ان میں سے(کچھ ہمیں بھی دو) وہ جواب دیں گے کہ خدا نے بہشت کا پانی اور رزق کافروں پر حرام کر دیا ہے

He replied,"The power that my Lord has granted me is better(than your tax). Help me with your man-power and I shall construct
انہوں نے کہا کہ جو طاقت مجھے میرے پروردگار نے دی ہے وہ تمہارے وسائل سے بہتر ہے اب تم لوگ قوت سے میری امداد کرو

I do not think that I am free from weakness; all human souls are susceptible to evil except for those to whom my Lord has granted mercy. My Lord is certainly All-forgiving and All-merciful.".
اور میں اپنے نفس کی برات(کا دعوٰی) نہیں کرتا، بیشک نفس تو برائی کا بہت ہی حکم دینے والا ہے سوائے اس کے جس پر میرا رب رحم فرما دے۔ بیشک میرا رب بڑا بخشنے والا نہایت مہربان ہے

انہوں نے کہا اے قوم تمہارا کیا خیال ہے کہ اگر میں اپنے پروردگار کی طرف سے دلیل رکھتا ہوں اور اس نے مجھے رحمت عطا کی ہے تو اگر میں اس کی نافرمانی کروں گا تو اس کے مقابلہ میں کون میری مدد کرسکے گا تم تو گھاٹے میں اضافہ کے علاوہ کچھ نہیں کرسکتے ہو
