And when Our messengers came unto Ibrahim with the glad tidings, they said: verily we are about to destroy the inhabitants of that city: verily the inhabitants thereof have been wrong-doers.
และครั้นเมื่อฑูตของเรามะลาอิกะฮฺ ได้มาหาอิบรอฮีมพร้อมด้วยข่าวดีพวกเขากล่าวว่าแท้จริงเราเป็นผู้ทำลายชาวเมืองนี้เพราะว่าชาวเมืองของมันเป็นผู้อธรรม

O ye who believe! Choose not your fathers nor your brethren for friends if they take pleasure in disbelief rather than faith. Whoso of you taketh them for friends, such are wrong-doers.
บรรดาผู้ศรัทธาทั้งหลายอย่าได้ถือเอาบิดาของพวกเจ้าและพี่น้องของพวกเจ้าเป็นมิตรหากพวกเขาชอบการปฏิเสธศรัทธาเหนือการอีมานและผู้ใดในหมู่พวกเจ้าให้พวกเขาเป็นมิตรแล้วเหล่านี้แหละพวกเขาคือผู้อธรรม

And the people of Noah,- when they rejected the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them as a Sign for mankind; and We have prepared for(all) wrong-doers a grievous Penalty;
และหมู่ชนของนูห์ เมื่อพวกเขาปฏิเสธไม่เชื่อฟังบรรดาร่อซูล เราได้ให้พวกเขาจมน้ำตายและเราได้ทำให้พวกเขาเป็นสัญญาณหนึ่งแก่มนุษยชาติและเราได้เตรียมการลงโทษอย่างเจ็บปวดไว้สำหรับบรรดาผู้อธรรม

So on that Day no power shall they have over each other, for profit or harm: and We shall say to the wrong-doers,"Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire,- the which ye were wont to deny!
ดังนั้นวันนี้บางคนในพวกเจ้าไม่มีอำนาจที่จะให้คุณและให้โทษซึ่งกันและกันและเราจะกล่าวแก่บรรดาผู้กระทำผิดเหล่านั้นว่าพวกเจ้าจงลิ้มรสการลงโทษของไฟนรกซึ่งพวกเจ้าได้ปฏิเสธมัน!

Behold they not that Allah who created the heavens and the earth is Able to create their likes? And He hath appointed for them a term whereof there is no doubt; yet the wrong-doers have refused everything excepting infidelity.
พวกเขาไม่เห็นดอกหรือว่าแท้จรองอัลลอฮผู้ทรงสร้างชั้นฟ้าทั้งหลายและแผ่นดินพระองค์เป็นผู้ทรงอานุภาพที่จะสร้างเยี่ยงพวกเขาและทรงกำหนดเวลาหนึ่งสำหรับพวกเขาไม่มีการสงสัยใดๆในนั้นแต่พวกอธรรมปฏิเสธไม่ยอมรับนอกจากการไม่ศรัทธา

And Musa said: My Lord best knoweth him who bringeth guidance from before Him and him whose will be the happy end of the Abode. Verily the wrong-doers shall not thrive.
และมูซากล่าวว่าพระเจ้าของฉันทรงรู้ดียิ่งถึงผู้ที่นำเอาแนวทางที่ถูกต้องมาจากพระองค์และผู้ที่บั้นปลายแห่งที่พำนักจะเป็นของเขาแท้จริงพวกอธรรมนั้นจะไม่ประสบความเจริญ

My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house as a believer, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin!
ข้าแต่พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์พระองค์ทรงอภัยโทษให้แก่ข้าพระองค์และพ่อแม่ของข้าพระองค์และผู้ที่เข้ามาในบ้านของข้าพระองค์เป็นผู้ศรัทธาและบรรดาผู้ศรัทธาชายและบรรดาผู้ศรัทธาหญิงและพระองค์ท่านอย่าได้เพิ่มอันใดแก่พวกอธรรมเหล่านั้นนอกจากความพินาศหายนะเท่านั้น!

O Muhammad! We know indeed that the things they say grieve you, though in truth it is not you whom they give the lie to, but it is the signs of Allah that these wrong-doers reject.
เรารู้ดีว่าสิ่งที่พวกเขากล่าวกันนั้นทำให้เจ้าเสียใจแท้จริงพวกเขาหาได้ปฏิเสธเจ้าไม่แต่ทว่าบรรดาผู้อธรรมนั้นปฏิเสธโองการต่างของอัลลอฮ์ ต่างหาก

In fact they arbitrarily rejected as false whatever they failed to comprehend and whose final sequel was not apparent to them. Likewise had their predecessors rejected the truth, declaring it falsehood. Do observe, then, what was the end of the wrong-doers.
แต่ว่าพวกเขาปฏิเสธสิ่งที่พวกเขายังไม่รู้มาก่อนและสัญญาร้ายยังมิได้มายังพวกเขาเช่นนั้นแหละบรรดาชนรุ่นก่อนจากพวกเขาได้ปฏิเสธมาแล้วดังนั้นเจ้าจงดูเถิดว่าผลสุดท้ายของพวกอธรรมนั้นเป็นอย่างไร?

And Moses came unto you with clear proofs(of Allah's Sovereignty), yet, while he was away, ye chose the calf(for worship) and ye were wrong-doers.
และแท้จริงนั้นซาได้นำบรรดาหลักฐานอันชัดเจนมายังพวกเจ้าแล้วแต่พวกเจ้าได้ยึดถือลูกวัวเป็นที่เคารพสักการะ หลังจากเขาและพวกเจ้านี้คือพวกอธรรม

And those who disbelieved said unto their messengers: Verily we will drive you out from our land, unless ye return to our religion. Then their Lord inspired them,(saying): Verily we shall destroy the wrong-doers.
และบรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาได้กล่าวแก่บรรดาร่อซูลของพวกเขาว่าแน่นอนเราจะขับพวกท่านออกจากแผ่นดินของเราหรือว่าพวกท่านจะกลับไปยังศาสนาของเรา” ดังนั้นพระเจ้าของพวกเขาทรงวะฮีให้แก่พวกเขาบรรดาร่อซูล ว่าแน่นอนเราจะทำลายพวกอธรรม

Allah confirmeth those who believe by a firm saying in the life of the world and in the Hereafter, and Allah sendeth wrong-doers astray. And Allah doeth what He will.
อัลลอฮทรงให้บรรดาผู้ศรัทธาหนักแน่นด้วยคำกล่าวที่มั่นคงในการมีชีวิตอยุ่ทั้งในโลกนี้และในปรโลกและอัลลอฮทรงให้บรรดาผู้อธรรมหลงทางและอัลลอฮทรงกระทำสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงประสงค์

Have they not seen that Allah Who created the heavens and the earth is Able to create the like of them, and hath appointed for them an end whereof there is no doubt? But the wrong-doers refuse aught save disbelief.
พวกเขาไม่เห็นดอกหรือว่าแท้จรองอัลลอฮผู้ทรงสร้างชั้นฟ้าทั้งหลายและแผ่นดินพระองค์เป็นผู้ทรงอานุภาพที่จะสร้างเยี่ยงพวกเขาและทรงกำหนดเวลาหนึ่งสำหรับพวกเขาไม่มีการสงสัยใดๆในนั้นแต่พวกอธรรมปฏิเสธไม่ยอมรับนอกจากการไม่ศรัทธา

And Moses said: My Lord is Best Aware of him who bringeth guidance from His presence, and whose will be the sequel of the Home(of bliss). Lo! wrong-doers will not be successful.
และมูซากล่าวว่าพระเจ้าของฉันทรงรู้ดียิ่งถึงผู้ที่นำเอาแนวทางที่ถูกต้องมาจากพระองค์และผู้ที่บั้นปลายแห่งที่พำนักจะเป็นของเขาแท้จริงพวกอธรรมนั้นจะไม่ประสบความเจริญ

Or have they partners(of Allah) who have made lawful for them in religion that which Allah allowed not? And but for a decisive word(gone forth already), it would have been judged between them. Lo! for wrong-doers is a painful doom.
หรือว่าพวกเขามีภาคีต่างที่ได้กำหนดศาสนาแก่พวกเขาซึ่งอัลลอฮฺมิได้ทรงอนุมัติและหากมิใช่ลิขิตแห่งการตัดสินที่ได้กำหนดไว้ก่อนแล้ว ก็คงมีการตัดสินใจในระหว่างพวกเขาแท้จริงบรรดาผู้อธรรมสำหรับพวกเขาได้รับการลงโทษอันเจ็บปวด

My Lord! Forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house believing, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin.
ข้าแต่พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์พระองค์ทรงอภัยโทษให้แก่ข้าพระองค์และพ่อแม่ของข้าพระองค์และผู้ที่เข้ามาในบ้านของข้าพระองค์เป็นผู้ศรัทธาและบรรดาผู้ศรัทธาชายและบรรดาผู้ศรัทธาหญิงและพระองค์ท่านอย่าได้เพิ่มอันใดแก่พวกอธรรมเหล่านั้นนอกจากความพินาศหายนะเท่านั้น

If only they had believed in Allah, in the Prophet, and in what hath been revealed to him, never would they have taken them for friends and protectors, but most of them are rebellious wrong-doers.
และหากพวกเขาศรัทธาต่ออัลลอฮ์ และนะบีและสิ่งที่ถูกประทานลงมาแก่เขาแล้วพวกเขาก็จะไม่ยึดเอาเขาเหล่านั้นเป็นมิตรแต่ทว่ามากมายในหมู่พวกเขานั้นเป็นผู้ที่ละเมิด

Moses said:"My Lord knows best who it is that comes with guidance from Him and whose end will be best in the Hereafter: certain it is that the wrong-doers will not prosper.
และมูซากล่าวว่าพระเจ้าของฉันทรงรู้ดียิ่งถึงผู้ที่นำเอาแนวทางที่ถูกต้องมาจากพระองค์และผู้ที่บั้นปลายแห่งที่พำนักจะเป็นของเขาแท้จริงพวกอธรรมนั้นจะไม่ประสบความเจริญ

Like are they Unto the wont of the house of Fir'awn and those before them. They belied the signs of their Lord; wherefore We destroyed them for their sins, and drowned the house of fir'awn; and all of them were wrong-doers.
เช่นเดียวกับสภาพแห่งวงศ์วานฟิรอาวน์และบรรดาผู้ก่อนหน้าพวกเขาซึ่งพวกเขาปฏิเสธบรรดาโองการแห่งพระเจ้าของพวกเขาแล้วเราก็ได้ทำลายพวกเขาเนื่องด้วยความผิดของพวกเขาและเราได้ให้วงศ์วานฟิรอาวน์จมน้ำตายและทั้งหมดนั้นพวกเขาเป็นผู้อธรรม

And those who disbelieved said to their apostles: we will surely drive you forth from our land, or else ye will have to return to our faith. Then their Lord Revealed unto them: We will surely destroy the wrong-doers.
และบรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาได้กล่าวแก่บรรดาร่อซูลของพวกเขาว่าแน่นอนเราจะขับพวกท่านออกจากแผ่นดินของเราหรือว่าพวกท่านจะกลับไปยังศาสนาของเรา” ดังนั้นพระเจ้าของพวกเขาทรงวะฮีให้แก่พวกเขาบรรดาร่อซูล ว่าแน่นอนเราจะทำลายพวกอธรรม
