रसूलों के वृत्तान्तों में से हर वह कथा जो हम तुम्हें सुनाते है उसके द्वारा हम तुम्हारे हृदय को सुदृढ़ करते हैं।

But thou didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest:
और तू अपने दिल में वह बात छुपाये हुये था जिसे अल्लाह ज़ाहिर करने वाला था

I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me:
से स्वप्न में कहा, हां, मैं भी जानता हूं कि अपने मन की खराई से तू ने यह काम किया है

And all that We relate to thee of the tidings of the Messengers is that whereby We strengthen thy heart; in these there has come to thee the truth
और(ऐ रसूल) पैग़म्बरों के हालत में से हम उन तमाम क़िस्सों को तुम से बयान किए देते हैं जिनसे हम तुम्हारे दिल को मज़बूत कर देगें

And all that We recount unto thee of the stories of the apostles is in order that We may make firm thy heart thereby. And in this there hath come to thee truth
और(ऐ रसूल) पैग़म्बरों के हालत में से हम उन तमाम क़िस्सों को तुम से बयान किए देते हैं जिनसे हम तुम्हारे दिल को मज़बूत कर देगें और उन्हीं क़िस्सों में तुम्हारे पास हक़(क़ुरान)

And all that We relate unto thee of the story of the messengers is in order that thereby We may make firm thy heart. And herein hath come unto thee the Truth
और(ऐ रसूल) पैग़म्बरों के हालत में से हम उन तमाम क़िस्सों को तुम से बयान किए देते हैं जिनसे हम तुम्हारे दिल को मज़बूत कर देगें और उन्हीं क़िस्सों में तुम्हारे पास हक़(क़ुरान)

All that we relate to thee of the stories of the messengers,- with it We make firm thy heart: in them there cometh to thee the Truth, as well as an exhortation
और(ऐ रसूल) पैग़म्बरों के हालत में से हम उन तमाम क़िस्सों को तुम से बयान किए देते हैं जिनसे हम तुम्हारे दिल को मज़बूत कर देगें

Praise be to God, thy heart is engaged in the commemoration of God,
ईश्वर का गुणगान हो, तुम्हारा हृदय ईश्वर के स्मरण को समर्पित है,

And those who disbelieve say: Why is the Qur'an not revealed unto him all at once?(It is revealed) thus that We may strengthen thy heart therewith; and We have arranged it in right order.
और जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया उनका कहना है कि"उसपर पूरा क़ुरआन एक ही बार में क्यों नहीं उतारा?" ऐसा इसलिए किया गया ताकि हम इसके द्वारा तुम्हारे दिल को मज़बूत रखें और हमने इसे एक उचित क्रम में रखा।

Those who reject Faith say:"Why is not the Qur'an revealed to him all at once? Thus(is it revealed), that We may strengthen thy heart thereby, and We have rehearsed it to thee in slow, well-arranged stages.
और जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया उनका कहना है कि"उसपर पूरा क़ुरआन एक ही बार में क्यों नहीं उतारा?" ऐसा इसलिए किया गया ताकि हम इसके द्वारा तुम्हारे दिल को मज़बूत रखें और हमने इसे एक उचित क्रम में रखा।

God a lie?' But if God wills, He will set a seal on thy heart; and God blots out falsehood and verifies the truth by His words; He knows the thoughts within the breasts.
पर मिथ्यारोपण किया है?" यदि"> अल्लाह चाहे तो तुम्हारे दिल पर मुहर लगा दे(जिस प्रकार उसने इनकार करनेवालों के दिल पर मुहर लगा दी है)। अल्लाह तो असत्य को मिटा रहा है और सत्य को अपने बोलों से सिद्ध कर रहा है। निश्चय ही वह सीनों तक की बात को भी भली-भाँति जानता है।

a falsehood against Allah"? But if Allah willed, He could seal up thy heart. And Allah blots out Vanity, and proves the Truth by His Words. For He knows well the secrets of all hearts..
पर मिथ्यारोपण किया है?" यदि"> अल्लाह चाहे तो तुम्हारे दिल पर मुहर लगा दे(जिस प्रकार उसने इनकार करनेवालों के दिल पर मुहर लगा दी है)। अल्लाह तो असत्य को मिटा रहा है और सत्य को अपने बोलों से सिद्ध कर रहा है। निश्चय ही वह सीनों तक की बात को भी भली-भाँति जानता है।

and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life;”.
और वह जीवन भर के लिये तुम्हारे मन से जाती रहे; किन्तु तुम उन्हें अपने बेटों पोतों को सिखाना।

He could have sealed thy heart(against them). And Allah will wipe out the lie and will vindicate the truth by His words. Lo! He is Aware of what is hidden in the breasts of men.

there is thy heart also”(Matthew 6:21).
वहीं आपका दिल भी होगा”(मैथियू 6: 21)।

Even so, that We may strengthen thy heart thereby, and We have chanted it very distinctly.
इसी प्रकार,(इसलिए किया गया) ताकि हम आपके दिल को दृढ़ता प्रदान करें और हमने इसे क्रमशः प्रस्तुत किया है।

that perhaps thy heart's thought may be forgiven thee.
सम्भव है तेरे मन का विचार क्षमा किया जाए।

In this manner, so that We may reinforce thy heart with it, and We have set it out in order.
इसी प्रकार,(इसलिए किया गया) ताकि हम आपके दिल को दृढ़ता प्रदान करें और हमने इसे क्रमशः प्रस्तुत किया है।
