I spake unto them only that which Thou commandedst me,(saying): Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. I was a witness of them while I dwelt among them, and when Thou tookest me Thou wast the Watcher over them. Thou art Witness over all things.
میں نے تو ان سے اور کچھ نہیں کہا مگر صرف وہی جو تو نے مجھ سے کہنے کو فرمایا تھا کہ تم اللہ کی بندگی اختیار کرو جو میرا بھی رب ہے اور تمہارا بھی رب ہے۔ میں ان پر گواه رہا جب تک ان میں رہا۔ پھر جب تو نے مجھ کو اٹھا لیا تو، تو ہی ان پر مطلع رہا۔ اور تو ہر چیز کی پوری خبر رکھتا ہے

I spake unto them only that which Thou commandedst me,(saying):
میں نے تو ان سے نہ کہا مگر وہی جو تو نے مجھے حکم دیا تھا

And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.".
پھر خداوند نے موسیٰ سے کہا:'' دیکھ میں نے'بضلی ایل بن اور ی بن حُور‘ کو یہوداہ کے قبیلے میں سے نام لیکر بلایا ہے اور میں نے اس کو حکمت،فہم و علم اور ہر طرح کی صفت میں روح اللّٰہ[17] سے معمور کیا ہے۔‘[18

The Lord spake unto Moses, saying, See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship….
پھر خداوند نے موسیٰ سے کہا:'' دیکھ میں نے'بضلی ایل بن اور ی بن حُور‘ کو یہوداہ کے قبیلے میں سے نام لیکر بلایا ہے اور میں نے اس کو حکمت،فہم و علم اور ہر طرح کی صفت میں روح اللّٰہ[17] سے معمور کیا ہے۔‘[18

And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said,
تب ایک مردِ خدا اسرائیل کے بادشاہ کے پاس آیا

Then out spake two of those who feared(their Lord, men) unto whom Allah had been gracious:
الله سے ڈرنے والوں میں سے دو مردوں نے کہا جن پر الله کا فضل تھا

میں نے ان سے کچھ نہیں کہا بجز اس کے جس کا تو نے مجھے حکم دیا ہے وہ یہ

موسیٰؑ کے پیچھے اس کی قوم کے لوگوں نے اپنے زیوروں سے ایک بچھڑے کا پتلا بنا لیا جس میں سے بیل کی سی آواز نکلتی تھی کیا اُنہیں نظر نہ آتا تھا کہ وہ نہ ان سے بولتا ہے نہ کسی معاملہ میں ان کی رہنمائی کرتا ہے؟ مگر پھر بھی اُنہوں نے اسے معبود بنا لیا اور وہ سخت ظالم تھے

اور موسٰی(علیہ السلام) کی قوم نے ان کے(کوہِ طور پر جانے کے) بعد اپنے زیوروں سے ایک بچھڑا بنا لیا(جو) ایک جسم تھا، اس کی آواز گائے کی تھی، کیا انہوں نے یہ نہیں دیکھا کہ وہ نہ ان سے بات کرسکتا ہے اور نہ ہی انہیں راستہ دکھا سکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے اسی کو(معبود) بنا لیا اور وہ ظالم تھے

And the folk of Moses, after(he left them), chose a calf(for worship),(made) out of their ornaments, of saffron hue, which gave a lowing sound. Saw they not that it spake not unto them nor guided them to any way? They chose it, and became wrong-doers.
موسیٰؑ کے پیچھے اس کی قوم کے لوگوں نے اپنے زیوروں سے ایک بچھڑے کا پتلا بنا لیا جس میں سے بیل کی سی آواز نکلتی تھی کیا اُنہیں نظر نہ آتا تھا کہ وہ نہ ان سے بولتا ہے نہ کسی معاملہ میں ان کی رہنمائی کرتا ہے؟ مگر پھر بھی اُنہوں نے اسے معبود بنا لیا اور وہ سخت ظالم تھے

His mercy As He spake.
رحمت نے اس کہ وہ

But immediately Jesus spake to them.
لیکن یسوع نےان کی طرف پلٹ کرڈانٹ دیا

And the LORD spake unto Moses.
