And fulfil the covenant of Allahs when ye have covenanted, and violate not the oaths after the ratification thereof, and surely ye have appointed Allah a surety over you. verily Allah knoweth that which ye do.
আল ্ লাহর নামে অঙ ্ গীকার করার পর সে অঙ ্ গীকার পূর ্ ণ কর এবং পাকাপাকি কসম করার পর তা ভঙ ্ গ করো না, অথচ তোমরা আল ্ লাহকে জামিন করেছ। তোমরা যা কর আল ্ লাহ তা জানেন।They have used their oaths to cover up their misdeeds
তারা তাদের শপথকে ঢাল করে রেখেছেন,Those who believe will say,“ Are these the ones who swore by God with their strongest oaths that they are with you?” Their works have failed,
আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে তারা বলবে--'' এরাই কি তারা যারা আল্লাহ্র নামে তাদের জোরালো আস্থার সাথে শপথ গ্রহণ করেছিল যে তারা সুনিশ্চিত তোমাদের সঙ্গে?'' তাদের ক্রিয়াকলাপ বৃথা গেল,And the faithful will say,‘ Are these the ones who swore by Allah with solemn oaths that they were with you?!' Their works have failed,
আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে তারা বলবে--'' এরাই কি তারা যারা আল্লাহ্র নামে তাদের জোরালো আস্থার সাথে শপথ গ্রহণ করেছিল যে তারা সুনিশ্চিত তোমাদের সঙ্গে?'' তাদের ক্রিয়াকলাপ বৃথা গেল,And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths[ that] Allah will not resurrect one who dies. But yes-[ it is] a true promise[ binding] upon Him, but most of the people do not know.
তারা আল ্ লাহর নামে কঠোর শপথ করে যে, যার মৃত ্ যু হয় আল ্ লাহ তাকে পুনরুজ ্ জীবিত করবেন না।অবশ্যই এর পাকাপোক ্ ত ওয়াদা হয়ে গেছে। কিন ্ তু, অধিকাংশ লোক জানে না।Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of God and their[own] oaths for a small price will have no share in the Hereafter,
নিজেদের শপথকে তুচ্ছ মূল্যে বিক্রয় করে, এরা আখেরাতের কোন অংশই পাবে না এবং আল্লাহ কিয়ামতের দিনThey swear by Allah their strongest oaths, that if only you would order them, they would leave( their homes for fighting in Allah 's Cause). Say:" Swear you not;( this) obedience( of yours) is known( to be false).
আর তারা তাদের সুদৃঢ় আস ্ থার সাথে আল ্ লাহ ্ র নামে কসম খায় যে যদি তুমি তাদের আদেশ করতে তাহলে তারা আলবৎ বেরিয়ে পড়ত। তুমি বলো,'' শপথ করো না, আনুগত্য তো জানাই আছে! তোমরা যা কর আল্লাহ্ নিশ্চয়ই সে- বিষয়ে ওয়াকিফহাল।''।Swearing by Allah their strongest oaths they claimed that if a warner came to them they would be better-guided than any other people. But when a warner did come to them, his coming only increased their aversion( to the Truth).
তারা জোর শপথ করে বলত, তাদের কাছে কোন সতর ্ ককারী আগমন করলে তারা অন ্ য যে কোন সম ্ প ্ রদায় অপেক ্ ষা অধিকতর সৎপথে চলবে। অতঃপর যখন তাদের কাছে সতর ্ ককারী আগমন করল, তখন তাদের ঘৃণাই কেবল বেড়ে গেল।They swore their most solemn oaths that if a warner should ever come to them, they would be better guided than any other community. But when a warner did come to them, it only increased their aversion.
তারা জোর শপথ করে বলত, তাদের কাছে কোন সতর ্ ককারী আগমন করলে তারা অন ্ য যে কোন সম ্ প ্ রদায় অপেক ্ ষা অধিকতর সৎপথে চলবে। অতঃপর যখন তাদের কাছে সতর ্ ককারী আগমন করল, তখন তাদের ঘৃণাই কেবল বেড়ে গেল।And they swear by Allah with their solemn oaths that, if thou commandest them they will surely go forth. Say thou: swear not, obedience is recognize! verily Allah is Aware of that which ye Work.
আর তারা তাদের সুদৃঢ় আস ্ থার সাথে আল ্ লাহ ্ র নামে কসম খায় যে যদি তুমি তাদের আদেশ করতে তাহলে তারা আলবৎ বেরিয়ে পড়ত। তুমি বলো,'' শপথ করো না, আনুগত্য তো জানাই আছে! তোমরা যা কর আল্লাহ্ নিশ্চয়ই সে- বিষয়ে ওয়াকিফহাল।''।wrote all the required spells and oaths on a wonderfully decorated piece of paper,
