The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not affect the rights of the Company's staff or employees who have been elected as director(s) to receive remuneration and benefits in the capacity of staff or employees of the Company.

In the event that any parts of this Terms of Service are voided or failed to be enforced, such parts shall not affect other parts in relation to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid, void or for any reasons unenforceable, the provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Should any of the Terms and Conditions be illegal, void, or unenforceable, for any reason, it shall be considered that the aforementioned Terms and Conditions never exist. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other Terms and Conditions.

หากการเตรียมการข้อตกลงนี้จะไม่เป็นไปตามกฎหมายหรือไม่มีการบังคับใช้ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดการเตรียมการนั้นถือว่าเป็นอันตรายต่อข้อตกลงนี้และต้องไม่ส่งผลกระทบการใช้งานและการบังคับใช้เงื่อนไขอื่นๆที่เหลือ

If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be found to be unenforceable or invalid, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not affect any other part of these Terms and Conditions(or the remaining portion of the affected part as the case may be), which shall remain in full force and effect.

If any provision or portion of a provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the balance of that provision and/or remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain valid and enforceable.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and such decision shall not affect the enforceability of such provision under other circumstances, or of the remaining provisions hereof under all circumstances.

In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

If any item of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement is not legally binding and enforceable or is against the law regardless of the reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such item shall not affect the enforcement of other items of the Terms and Conditions and the item that cannot be enforced shall be excluded.

Directors, executives and employees may accept or give gifts in accordance with traditions, provided that the acceptance of such gifts shall not affect any business decision of the recipient and the gifts should not be of high value or cash or cash equivalents.

The Terms and Conditions shall be severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the enforceability, legality and validity of any other remaining provisions.

Any expiry or termination of these Terms and Conditions shall be without prejudice to any rights or remedies which you or THE JOB may be entitled thereto and shall not affect any other rights or liabilities which have already accrued to either you or THE JOB.

The Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or Additional Policies published by ServisHero on the Product, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and ServisHero concerning the Product. If any provision of the Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect the right later to enforce these Terms of Use. We would still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms of Use.

No waiver: Seller's failure to enforce these Terms& Conditions of Sale shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect the right later to enforce these Terms& Conditions of Sale. Seller would still be entitled to use its rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms& Conditions of Sale.
