Examples of using Parable in English and their translations into Urdu

As to those whose unbelief has long been established in their hearts, they say,“What does God mean by such a parable?”.
اور جن کے دلوں میں بیماری ہے اور وہ کافر کہیں کہ اس بیان سے اللہ تعالیٰ کی کیا مراد ہے

And certainly we have set forth for mankind in this Quran every kind of parable.
اور ہم نے بٹھائی(بیان کی) ہے آدمیوں کو، اس قرآن میں ہر طرح کی کہاوت

Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?
پطؔرس نے کہا اَے خُداوند تُو یہ تمثِیل ہم سے ہی کہتا ہے یا سب سے؟?

We have struck of every manner of parable for mankind in this Koran in order that they will remember.
ہم نے اِس قرآن میں لوگوں کو طرح طرح کی مثالیں دی ہیں کہ یہ ہوش میں آئیں

his disciples came to him saying,"Explain the parable of the darnel in the field to us.".

اور اُس نے اُن سے ایک تمثِیل کہی کہ انجِیر کے درخت

پھر آپ نے ان سے فرمایا: کسی شخص کے دوبیٹے تھے۔ ان میں سے چھوٹے نے اپنے والد سے کہا: ابا جان!

The parable of the one who remembers his Lord and the one who does not remember Him, is the parable of a living and a dead person.
اس شخص کی مثال جو اپنے رب کو یاد کرتا ہے اور جو اسے یاد نہیں کرتا، زندہ اور مردہ شخص کی سی ہے

We have put forth for men, in this Qur'án every kind of Parable, in order that they may receive admonition.
اور ہم نے لوگوں کے(سمجھانے کے) لئے اس قرآن میں ہر طرح کی مثالیں بیان کی ہیں تاکہ وہ نصیحت پکڑیں﴿۲۷
